The Our Daily Challenge group has chosen Insomnia as today's topic. I don't sleep well at night. I go to bed about midnight, frequently wake about two or three in the morning and am awake again before six. I get up soon after. This means that I often fall asleep during the day. As I am retired and live alone this doesn't matter 😜
