I know you can't see all 8 arches lol :-) The bridge at Stackpole Court was built in 1797 to connect Stackpole Court and the Home Farm with the New Deer Park and Stackpole Quay. It consists of eight segmental arches of limestone masonry built over a weir.

Stackpole Quay is a small harbour nestled in amongst the cliffs and is a favourite venue for kayakers who can be seen bobbing up and down exploring the caves and cliffs.

A stony beach is revealed at low tide.

If you’re planning to visit, check out the tide times to make sure you’ve plenty of beach to play on and that you don’t get cut off by the incoming tide!

A special day when Dad, Derek, Sue and I enjoyed a walk to Barafundle Bay and then to the lily ponds at the Stackpole Estate where we saw our first wild otters.

This is in the vicinity of the Stackpole Boathouse Tea Room, a nice little Café where we snacked along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path along which we walked to Barafundle Bay
