This sandpit blood bee was photographed in the sand dunes of Stackpole Warren hovering around a sandpit mining bee (Andrena barbilabris) colony. No doubt it was trying to locate a mining bee nest burrow to lay an egg.
ID is partially based on association - this the known kleptoparasite of A. barbilabris - but also by close examination of around 20 shots of this insect from many different angles.

A pair of yellow dung flies (Scathophaga stercoraria) getting together on a well-dried dollop of cow dung. I'm not sure whether the Muscid fly is a love offering or just a voyeur!
Photographed between Stackpole Quay and Barafundle Bay on the Pembrokeshire coast.
Stackpole Quay is a small harbour nestled in amongst the cliffs and is a favourite venue for kayakers who can be seen bobbing up and down exploring the caves and cliffs.

I don't feel I have done justice to this beautiful plant, which I have never seen before. I had to google. Also from the Mencap student plots in the walled garden at Stackpole.
