The stacks at the University of Chicago. I'm in the literature section on the fourth floor of the big library - the one for the humanities majors. The books are so colorful.
Seen at the local library. I whipped out my trusty carry-around, point-and-shoot, the Fuji F770 and captured it. Two seconds later the maintenance man turned up to move them. Fate! ;O)
Some things I thought looked neato.

Took these at a super awesome crumbling foundation near a local swimming spot. Have wanted to take photos there for quite some time, but my camera died soon after I got there this day. Oh well, guess I'll just have to go back.

Day 4 - 31 day challenge 2013. A 15 image stack (f8, 1/50s, flash) of a hundreds & thousands biscuit. Tamron 90mm lens on 50mm extension tubes. The texture of the biscuit top is quite fascinating - icing and biscuit are similar. Used Zerene stacker again - PMax image.
While assembling the model, I decided to test the quality. In the Kazi branded set, three plates did not quite stack up to one brick. The Enlighten sets do this at least. The red brick is a Lego one for comparision.

Stacking Experiement.
After this one similar phot few days ago, I tried more of that, but with a bit more control, so digital base photos. Not every subject is suited, but I think this is a variant of „multiexposure“ I like better that the 2 or 3 overlays you have usually. But, honestly, I don't know whether I will put more time in this.
