Had an idea to stack my fried chicken like pebbles ( Example : www.brentwood.gov.uk/content_images/web/size600/664302062...)
Not sure if that was a good idea, but it was still some pretty damned good oven fried chicken.
Strobist : Shoot through umbrella with SB-600 at 1/8 power, camera left.
Watch original animation to see the full stack. From this image, it's easy to see, why it's important to have everything painted matte black to avoid any reflections in scene.

I'm sure you've all seen the really cool rock-stacking-kids... Well, I'm not quite there yet... But I can dream!
These saddles are stacked in the horse trailer in preparation for a trail ride. It occurred to me that they could be quite colorful if I saturated the colours a bit.
The staff in the gift shop at the V&A don't like you taking photos of things, despite the fact you can take photos in the rest of the museum.
I got told off for taking this one. Fools.

Lacking in inspiration today. I needed a portrait photograph of a stack of magazines for a class assignment....so....yeah.
Stacking Chairs offer a versatile seating solution where removable and portable seating is required. They are ideal for use on the flat floor area of lecture theatres or similarly in concert halls or theatres.
This shot is the result from an in-camera focus stack - 8 shots combined to give focus throughout, same exposure and f-number as the individual shot. Clever things, cameras!
Understanding the idea of shallow DOF when using macro lens but I still quite surprise when I was unable to focus both of these heads at f/8 since they look pretty much in the same focal length (to me).
So I decide to take this opportunity to test the technique which I've read but never tried before: focus stacking.
And here it's.
Quite happy with the result :-)
My first attempt at stars capes. this is 28 images stacked. it was kinda windy. better luck next time :)
South Stack is famous as the location of one of Wales' most spectacular lighthouses, South Stack Lighthouse. It has a height of 41 metres (135 feet). It has a maximum area of 7 acres.
Until 1828 when an iron suspension bridge was built, the only means of crossing the deep water channel on to the island was in a basket which was suspended on a hemp cable. The suspension bridge was replaced in 1964, but by 1983 the bridge had to be closed to the public, due to safety reasons. A new aluminium bridge was built and the lighthouse was reopened for public visits in 1997. Thousands of people flock to the lighthouse every year, thanks to the continued public transport service from Holyhead's town centre.
There are over 400 stone steps down to the footbridge (and not, as local legend suggests, 365), and the descent and ascent provide an opportunity to see some of the 4,000 nesting birds that line the cliffs during the breeding season. The cliffs are part of the RSPB South Stack Cliffs bird reserve, based at Elin's Tower.
The Anglesey Coastal Path passes South Stack, as does the Cybi Circular Walk. The latter has long and short variants; the short walk is 4 miles long and takes around two hours to complete. Travelling from the Breakwater Country Park, other sites along the way are the North Stack Fog Signal station, Caer y Tŵr, Holyhead Mountain and Tŷ Mawr Hut Circles.
