We've had some pretty unusual weather here on the Isle of Man in the last week, with plenty of snow covering the majority of the island. A rather odd way to start our spring school holidays indeed!

Exam season is looming yet again, with my final A level exams fast approaching. I guess this means my presence on here will be even more scarce than usual, but once my exams are over I'm determined to get looking through all your photostreams again (as well as get out and take some more photos in some different locations for a change).

After days and days of rain (and with more to come, according to the forecast!), we were blessed enough to have a PERFECT spring Friday, from morning until night.

Clear blue skies with lazy, fluffy clouds floating peacefully along, nice warm breeze, new greenery coming up everywhere, and, to top it all off, the perfect, placid aquamarine waters of the Bow River winding its way south.

Spring break put us in Cal Academy of Science, SFO and we came across some baby chicks in their new hatchery. The lady incharge of the exhibit said the chicks were about 3 days old. They were so much cuter in person. Here is one doing a "hokey Pokey" dance for us.
