This is the first time I took photos in such low light and some of the photos aren't perfect but for me they are! I'm delighted with how they turned out! :D

 

I'm a fanatic when it comes to Henry Rollins so it was so brilliant getting to see him live for the first time doing his Spoken Word! If you ever get the chance to see him live, do! He's amazing! :D

Cafe Lift is an open mic held every Wednesday night at 8:00pm – 10:00pm at Gateway City Church in San Jose. It’s a great place with an awesome atmosphere for musicians, poets, and artists of all types to perform for a supportive audience. Hope to see you soon!

I suppose I should call him Mr. Rollins. I grew up listening to this guy's music and it was a privilege to share the same air space with him last night. I hope when I'm 50 I'm even a third as cool as this guy.
