Ok...the quality is not tops, but I was WAAAAY impatient to post this! I got a Lomo Spinner for Christmas, and I soooo badly wanted to see what came out that I scanned some of the negs on my crap flatbed (non-backlit) scanner, and tried to invert the negative in PS5. Didn't work as well as I was hoping, buuuuut, I ordered a "real scanner" from B&H, so we'll see what comes out on these once I get it on Wednesday!

Anyone have any experience with a CanoScan 9000f?

Actually spheres, which when the sun catches them, they send a burst of spectrum right across the garden and into the house!

We are made of light and energy ... Spectrum !

...

Doing some macro photography, breaking light into a Spectrum by sending a beam of light through the edge of a digital disc ... The way colors of different wavelength on the surface, also through that 0.6mm thickness of the disk travel, look pretty cool !

Well there you have it, floating in a digital world ... all your photos, your motion pictures, your stories, your songs, your memories ~

I've decided to have another go at working with my spectrum palettes from 2015. You can help by choosing which one you'd like to see me work with first.

Took the freshly converted full spectrum a7 IV out to a park near my apartment. Only 6% waxing crescent but I don't think the moon had risen behind me. I was still pleasantly surprised that after some processing you can clearly see the center of the Milky Way.

I am quite bummed about the corners though (this photo is even cropped by maybe 15%). I knew to expect some wide-angle corner smearing from the full spectrum conversation but this was much more aggressive than I expected.
