A Green Munia (Amandava formosa) was drinking condensed waters from the shaded leaves on floor with the cutest posture. The blue tones on those fallen leaves was the reflection of the blue sky above. The sky was reflected on the tiny water layers covered over the leaves. The colours of this composition are very pleasing to the eyes here. Pics was taken from a village forest in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, India.

Although this is not a big waterfall, i was very impressed with the beautiful flow of water and the mossy rocks.
At Sjælsø there is always something to photograph. This particular photo show a not-so-uncommon Danish landscape. We don't have grand vistas with mirror lakes in front and snow covered mountain peaks in the back but what do have are hills that exhibit gentle shapes, with fields and/or trees following the contours. At least to me, these gentle shapes are really soothing.

The rhythmic sound of crashing waves, the salty breeze, and the shimmering water draw the mind into a peaceful state, offering a perfect moment for reflection or relaxation, while the dynamic beauty of the sea can provide a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Whose troubles aren’t soothed by a visit to the sea?
When you first arrive at the shore, you interact with waves as individual occurrences. “That’s a big one!” or “Run, it’s coming!” But as you spend more time, you’ll let go of this because there’s always a next wave already approaching.
The dark sand tells me how far the waves may go, and I walk just beyond. You learn to see the ocean as one large creature with many moods, rocking and rolling, always changing, always in motion.
Whether fast or slow, there’s nothing in this universe that isn’t changing. The golden waves gently lullaby me into accepting this truth, and a peace fills my heart.

I love the summer wildflowers, but this has to be my favorite time of year on the prairies. The goldenrod and grasses create warm waves of color that just seem to sooth the spirit.

Calming the sea with a long exposure.
Sea was a bit choppy and the underwater rocks were completely invisible to the eye but a circular polariser and an ND filter managed to reveal them.
Canon 6D, 24-105mm, 10 stop ND filter and a Marumi circular polarizer - 2.5 min exposure
The sea is pure therapy. It has a unique ability to completely calm and reset me. I crave it when I'm not there. Much like the mountains but they present a bigger challenge. A regular dose of both is vital to my wellbeing though. This coastline has got me through some tricky times in the past so I am conscious never to take it for granted.
