After spending the day in a huge crowd chasing CSX D706 and their pair of SD40-2s, I decided to venture further east for another shot after dark that most people couldn't do. I found my way to Green Oak just outside of South Lyon and began setting up. After a lengthy wait, the light snow falling was a wonderful addition to peaceful setting that got me a shot no one else got that day.

أسيـر وخطواتي تنزف الألم والجـروح
الألم يتراكم على قلبي الصغير
أسيـر والأحزان هي جـــروحي
ولكن وسط توهاني وجدت نور من بعيـد
فيها يد تمتد لتخـرجنـي من توهاني سرت
إليها مســـــرع كـي أمسك بتلكـ اليد أصبحتـ
أسيـر مسرعــ تاركــ أحـزاني و الألامي
وراء ظهـري عندما وصلتــ إلى مبتغـاي
أمسكتـ تلكـ اليـد

ونـــور الحــــياة ...
تمسكت بكل طاقتي وخرجـت
من قوقعة الظلام وتركتــ تلال الألام
عندما بدئتـ أسيـر وتركت كـل شي خـلفي
خـرجتـ وجـدت جنة خضراء
والعصافير تتجول وتغني نغماتـ الأملـ
بدئ قلبي بنبض وأنا أسير عيناي تمتلئ بدموع
أنها دمــــوع الفرح التـــي فقدتها وتوقعتــ أنها جفتـ
ولن تأتي تلك اللحظه التي انزلها
وعندما بدئت أسير بخطواتي التي
تجرعت الألم والجروح وانا ارسم
على شفتاي التي دوم ترتسم ولكن ليس فرحا
بل مجاملتا للذين حـــولي واليوم ترتسم
من أعماق قلبي ...!!
وفجاه
خرج ذالك الوحش
الذي انزف قلبي دمــا
وقتـل الأمل والحيـاة
بمخالبه الفتاكه ...!!

أنها جروحـي التي ثـارت
