The sod on the sidewalk next to the garage had just been watered with a large hose. I was attracted to the texture of the matted down sod.

Rolls of expensive sod, dumped and left to rot and die. At least, they could have spread it out somewhat.

Soda bread alla canapa senza glutine / Gluten free hemp soda bread

Ingredienti

250 g di mix pane e focaccia alla canapa L'altro gusto (*)

230 g di latticello

2 g di sale

1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato di sodio

Procedimento

Setacciate le farine in una ciotola insieme al bicarbonato di sodio, quindi versate nella ciotola anche il latticello e il sale.

Mescolate velocemente, date la forma di una pagnotta, e praticate un'incisione a croce molto profonda sopra. A questo punto potete accendere il forno a 180° C.

Quando raggiunge la temperatura, infornate a metà altezza per 45 minuti.
