From Burma. The banana chips were eaten in moments. These strangely were not! Those that tried them said they were OK, if you could dissociate yourself from what they were.
09.25.07 : In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, we were presented with platters of complimentary peanuts and water caltrop, a kind of water chestnut that resembles buffalo horns. I never saw such a thing! It was hard biting through the dark, hard shell just to get to the white meat inside. =P
Despite what a lot of people may think, the City of St. Petersburg does not have frontage along the Gulf of Mexico. However, when they were building the Treasure Island Causeway (which connects Treasure Island with St. Pete), the City of Treasure Island wanted to charge a toll. In exchange for the toll booth, Treasure Island gave St. Pete a beach parking lot, giving the city beach access. Municipal quirks.

Made this with the CS LDD contest in mind. It's a small speeder/bike thing that the Star Justice uses to carry around snacks for the hungry men and women of the front.
I'm sure that some LEGO food pieces would fit in the frontal container, but I couldn't get LDD to do so. Ah, well.
EDIT: Oookay...I would link to the LEGO FACTORY page, but I can't see the damn thing. Apparently, those of us living in Canuckistan aren't allowed.
The bakery around the corner from my hotel (Cityview) turned out to be really good. From the egg tarts and the roast pork buns to the milk custard buns and the wife cakes, everything was delicious and fresh.
Some people take coffee breaks at work, I take doodle breaks. :)
