She is off to orientation in LA (even though she's already oriental) then back for a day before her trip to China. She'll be back in mid-Sept for a few days and then off to college for four years.
I tried out my new filter, and I have to say I really enjoy doing long exposure shots like these.. You will probably see plenty more of them in the future.

This restaurant reminded me of Michael Jacskon's Smooth Criminal music video. So I decided to do a photo story around that theme. A couple go out to eat, her date leaves, and she gets kidnapped! The only way for him to get her back is by blinding the kidnappers with his star studded MJ glove!

Chinese restaurant at Smooth Rock Falls on the upper Ontario leg of the trans Canada highway. Happily there was no McDonald's in sight!
Uncovered in the scrapyard... a Smooth Newt. At first I thought that it was a Common Lizard but, I since discovered that the Lizard has 5 toes.
