As the slips below the horizon in the distance, Union Pacific AC4400CW 7240 and SD70M 3883 bracket former Illinois Central "Blue Devil" C40-8W 2463, currently in the employ of Canadian National, as they head east with a manifest on December 26th, 2018. Illinois Central acquired a fleet of Dash 8s from Conrail that retained the blue color. They have been dubbed "Blue Devils" by the railfan community.

Visited another of the green spaces in the Medway Towns: Broomhill Park. Lots of gorgeous autumn colour, a huge array of fungi and some amazing views over the river. You can see Frindsbury church too - and the white cliffs.
