I did this sketch from my imagination although I often draw from photos. I have always loved drawing and I think looking at animal photography books when doing drawings, was partly what got me into taking photos myself. My mum went to art college when she was younger, so she's always encouraged me to draw. Can't draw people to save my life, just like animals really :) Anyway, I quite liked this one, so thought I'd put it up... and a couple of other, very quick sketches!

My Daughter is a very skilled artist (yes, I am a proud and boastful parent!). I am constantly amazed that she can take the visions from her mind and recreate them on paper and canvas.

Today's story and sketch by me we travel to BC, British Columbia, way up north to the Sugar Mountain resort known
only to Aliens and possibly a few humans, one of course being 007 Rescue Randy. In this sketch we see Neil Gofish
piloting his Anion anti gravity Cosmic Camaro into the ESSO fuel station. The fuel Formula may be too technical for most
readers to understand (=yellowy Urine looking fuel with negatively charged Ions used for the anti gravity drive system)
and Randy's is the place to go when you need it, and are planning a trip out into the galaxy,
it is the only refueling station in the Northwest and it is least to Randy by the Humongous Exxon corporations,
Intergalactic Fuels division. The resort is only for the young, you can not be over two hundred, to visit
the Sugar Mountain resort. The resort idea began when a group of young, under two hundred year old Gofish Aliens
who worked at the Flip Flop Resort on Lippo the Blue Moon, they had the a dream, to build a resort just for the
young aliens in the Galaxy. There is nothing wrong with those in the older (average six to twelve hundred years old)
the normal Flip Flop crowd but they were looking to cater to the younger jet set aliens. The list of things you
will not find at Sugar Mountain far exceeds what you will find, things you won't find like geezers wanking around
with metal detectors, nor gongoozlers, or flower arranging classes, nor herping, train spotting, bird watching,
dance classes, or antique shops, and definitely no Napping. But you will find things like Cow tipping,
base jumping, snow boarding, bungee jumping and hang gliding, just to name a few of the hundreds of activities
at Sugar Mountain.
So if you are one of those under two hundred year old aliens, or know one who is looking for a fun vacation

Waiting for my MSC to arrive this week, so I decided to sketch up my vampire girl that is coming! She won't be getting a black wig, I'm thinking teal. I want her to be really blushy like she was in the cold for too long. Light gray eye makeup and a shiny nose. I think this is the plan so far for her, she is shipping tomorrow I believe and will be here this week.
I ran out of MSC yesterday, so I will be rerooting and carving the faceplates that are here now this week until it gets here! Sorry for the delay guys! <3

Evening Sketch: corner of Proudhon street. The colored version will follow, perhaps. The evening was softer, and the sun was out for a change :)
