The trophy features a U.S. marine and a Japanese island defender locked in combat. When the marine's Garand jams, the defender sees an opportunity, draws his katana (a family heirloom, and not one of the mass-produced swords issued by the imperial government), and charges. The marine can only draw his combat knife and hope for the best....

This single reinforced expansion joint is 16" in diameter and is 15-1/8" in length. The expansion joint is fabricated with 316L stainless steel bellows, liner, weld ends, and bellows reinforcement. This expansion joint weighs 170 lbs and is used in a feed pre-heater. It is designed and fabricated to ASME Section VIII for 581 PSIG at 842°F with a travel capacity of 0.496" compression. 100% Dye-Penetrate testing was performed for the bellow attachment welds as well as 100% X-Ray testing on the long seam welds of the bellows and pipe ends. In addition, Hydro-testing was performed at 764 PSIG to assure quality and performance.
Made for TMTA challenge on insects this week. Used gold, silver and pearlescent paint liberally. What fun!
The Baumholder Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers hosted a Single Soldier Day Event May 5 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hall of Champions and Minick Field. The event welcomed Single Soldiers, geographical bachelors, and single parents. The event will feature a Flag Football Tournament and a 3v3 basketball Tournament. There are other mushrooms too inside the hole but only this one made it out in the open to face the sun, single and proud...! :)

The Indian Pond Heron or Paddybird (Ardeola Grayii) is a small heron. It is of Old World origins, breeding in southern Iran and east to India, Burma, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. They are widespread and common but can be easily missed when they stalk prey at the edge of small water-bodies or even when they roost close to human habitations. They are however distinctive when put to flight, the bright white wings flashing in contrast to the cryptic streaked olive and brown colours of the body. The camouflage is so excellent that they will often allow humans to approach very close before taking to flight, and this has resulted in folk names and beliefs that the birds are short-sighted or blind.
They appear stocky with a short neck, short thick bill and buff-brown back. In summer, adults have long neck feathers. Its appearance is transformed from their dull colours when they take to flight, when the white of the wings makes them very prominent
