La nau està completament decorada amb pintures al fresc, obra de Pasqual Mespletera, destacant el frontis de l'arc d'entrada al creuer, on es troba representada la Coronació de la Mare de Déu, i la part inferior de cada tram, on simula retaules d'altars laterals amb els misteris del Nou Testament rodejats per figures d'apòstols i sants: dels peus al presbiteri, al costat de l'Evangeli, trobem L'Adoració dels Reis Màgics, L'Adoració dels pastors i L'Anunciació, mentre al costat de l'Epístola trobem La Resurrecció del Senyor, L'Ascensió del Senyor i La Vinguda de l'Espèrit Sant.
En el presbiteri o creuer, i en el cambril, la decoració és de menys qualitat, i les pintures són obra de Francesc Blasco. En el creuer estan representats els Set Dolors de la Mare de Déu;[11] i en el cambril, destaca la Mare de Déu de la Cinta, patrona de Tortosa, i els fundadors de la Companyia de Jesús, Sant Ignasi de Loiola i Sant Francesc Xavier.

My flickr friends from Spain suggested as theme for the 200 photo a selfportrait, but a planned one... I loved the idea, but then this week my mom got and ear infection, so as a precaution the doc asked her to stay at home, wich means I got to be nurse for the week. So my plan for a portrait went to the grownd... until I told my mom and then she started to tell me where to find old clothes and accesories for me to dress up as I used to in the 80's... well sort of ;) and this is what we came up with. I was glad since I dont have many pics of me growing up, that includes my teen years. So this is me time traveling to the 80's with an action that emulates the Instagram filters :) Oh and Pinky helped too because she is my oficial voice-activated-daughter-trigger ;) So special thanks to my mom and Pinky.
Mis amigas españolas de Flickr sugirieron como tema para la foto 200 un autoretrato, pero planeado con algún disfraz o algo así. La idea me encantó pero esta semana mi mamá estuvo en casa por una infección de los oídos, nada grave pero me tuve que quedar de enfermera. Ya me había despedido de mi autoretrato cuando le platiqué a mi mamá de mis planes y comenzó a decirme donde buscar en su casa cosas para disfrazarme de los 80's... o algo así ;) y este fue el resultado. Me emocionó la idea porque casi no hay fotos de mi niñez, ni de mi adolescencia, lo que incluiría los atuendos ochenteros. Así que esta foto es mi viaje en el tiempo a los 80's más una acción que simula los filtros de Instagram :) Y Pinky también ayudo, siendo mi control-remoto-hija-activada-por-voz ;) así que gracias a ambas por ayudarme con mi foto 200.

At the NASA Johnson Space Center rock yard, where obstacle course meets scavenger hunt, eight student-built robots competed in the 2015 Robo-Ops Challenge, a joint venture sponsored and managed by the National Institute of Aerospace (NIA) and NASA.
Out of nearly 30 teams, the eight were selected in November 2014 and awarded $10,000 each in seed funds to develop their robots, although many teams secured additional funding and in-kind support. The teams were: California State University Long Beach, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge; San Jose State University in California; University of Buffalo in New York; University of Maryland, College Park; University of Utah, Salt Lake City; Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg; and West Virginia University, Morgantown.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte (PGIN), through the Metro Ilocos Norte Council (MINC), started implementing its "Pantawid Pasada Program" on October 22, 2021, with over a hundred tricycle drivers receiving gas coupons.
The "Pantawid Pasada Program," which has a budget of P20 million, provides gasoline subsidies to all MINC-affiliated public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers and operators. Participating gas stations will supply each tricycle and jeepney driver with Php 1,000.00 and Php 1,500.00 worth of gasoline, respectively.
As oil prices continue to rise, putting additional strain on the transportation sector amid the pandemic, Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc has stated his commitment to paying attention to the needs of public transportation.
"Maaasahan po ninyo na ito ang simula ng ayuda para sa mga PUV drivers natin. This is not the end. This is the beginning. Alam po namin na malaking bagay ang pagkawala ng face-to-face classes, walang mga estudyante. Kaya kailangang suportahan ang mga PUV drivers," he remarked.
Governor Manotoc added that, if the budget allows, the "Pantawid Pasada Program" will receive a higher allocation for the following year to provide more assistance to public transit.

Tuesday 03 August 2010 saw us leave Lhasa, destination Shigatse via Gyantse.
A lot of driving, but on tarmaced roads and with plenty of scenery to keep us occupied. And we got to meet our jeeps and lovely lovely drivers: Minga, Tsering, Tashi, Tenchoe.
There were scenic stop offs at the Gampa La / Khamba La pass (4794 m / 15,728 ft) and Yamdrok Yutso lake before lunch at Nangartse.
Refuelled, we pushed on towards Gyantse, stopping off at the Karo La pass (4960 m) to admire the snow topped mountains and glaciers, and a little further at the Nojin-Kangtsang glacier, currently on a full scale retreat from the road back up towards Nojin Gangzang peak (7,191m).
Arriving in Gyantse mid afternoon we climbed up to Gyantse Dzong from whence we got great views of the Gyantse Kumbum (but no time to visit), the town and surrounding green fields.
Another long drive brought us to the very Chinese town of Shigatse where we ate and slept well.

Refuelled, we pushed on towards Gyantse, stopping off at the Karo La pass (4960 m) to admire the snow topped mountains and glaciers, and a little further at the Nojin-Kangtsang glacier, currently on a full scale retreat from the road back up towards Nojin Gangzang peak (7,191m).
Arriving in Gyantse mid afternoon we climbed up to Gyantse Dzong from whence we got great views of the Gyantse Kumbum (but no time to visit), the town and surrounding green fields.
Another long drive brought us to the very Chinese town of Shigatse where we ate and slept well.

Museu-Sítio Arqueológico Casa dos Pilões
Origem
A Casa dos Pilões era uma das unidades de produção da Real Fábrica de Pólvora da Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. A Fábrica de Pólvora desempenhou um papel de vital importância para a segurança do Império do Brasil, como responsável pela produção do explosivo que abastecia todo o mercado brasileiro. Na Oficina do Moinho dos Pilões realizava-se a etapa mais perigosa do processo de produção do explosivo - a compactação da pólvora.
1831- Desativação e Reformas
Após sua desativação, em 1831, a edificação sofreu várias reformas e teve diversas utilizações, entre as quais a de residência e laboratório do botânico Dr. João Geraldo Kuhlmann e, após sua morte, a de Museu Kuhlmann.
Hoje - Museu-Sítio Arqueológico
Em 1984, houve a confirmação da existência do sítio arqueológico da Oficina do Moinho de Pilões. Os resultados obtidos nas prospecções nortearam a definição do novo uso do imóvel como " Museu-Sítio Arqueológico Casa dos Pilões". Além do próprio prédio, onde uma maquete simulao funcionamento da oficina, uma exposição permanente apresenta objetos e fragmentos encontrados nas escavações arqueológicas.

Sepulcro at kung mahal na araw naman inilalabas ito ng bahay para sa Pabasa ng Bayan biyernes ng tanghali gagayakan para sa Prusisyon ng Mahal na Libing, masaya... maganda... magastos... at nakakapagod kung isasalarawan ang mga araw na yaon... pero isa lang ang sigurado ako sa kabila ng mga yun ay tuloy tuloy naman ang grasyang dumadating sa pamilya namin kaya simula noon hindi na pinutol ang matandang kaugalian at tradisyon sa amin. kung sa tatanungin ang mga taga dito sa amin madami na ring milagro si kuya sa bawat pamilyang lumalapit sa kanya marami nang may sakit na pinagaling at marami nang tao ang nagpapatunay sa kanyang walang katapusang awa at pagbibigay ng grasyang kanilang kinakailangan.
