Simplicity 7087; ©1967; Misses' One-Piece Dress or Overblouse, Jacket, Skirt and Slacks: The sleeveless dress or overblouse has back zipper and stand up collar. Dress may be worn with purchased belt. The slacks and A line skirt have waistband and side zipper. The lined, collarless jacket has slightly lowered round neckline, above elbow length set in sleeves, button and loop closing and optional top stitching.

Simplicity pattern #3835. The pattern is for a minidress, but it ended up a bit too mini, so I'm going to wear it as a tunic.
Simplicity 3745; ca. early 1960s; Misses' and Women's Blouse: "Simple to Make". Blouse has front button closing and pocket. V. 1 and 2 have a small collar. V. 1 and 3 have short set-in sleeves with roll-back cuffs. V. 2, 4 and 5 are sleeveless. V. 3 and 4 have a shirt-type collar. V. 3 has top-stitching trim. V. 5 is collarless and has pocket and right front section of a contrasting fabric.
Simplicity 8098; ©1969; Misses' Culotte-Dress in Two Lengths and Unlined Jacket: The culotte-dress with back zipper and high round neckline has lowered waistline seam. The deep pleat in front and back camouflages the culottes. V. 1 & 2 are mini length. V. 2 has rick-rack trim. Regular length V. 3 with contrasting bodice has purchased belt slipped thru thread carriers below normal waistline. Unlined jacket V. 1 & 3 with long set-in sleeves has front button closing and flaps. V. 1 dress and jacket have braid trim.

The top-stitched dress with front seam interest has back zipper and high round neckline. V. 1 & 2 have short set-in sleeves. V. 1 & 3 have "petal type" collar. V. 2 with "two-piece" collar has contrasting dress front and skirt back. V. 3 is sleeveless.
Simplicity Pattern 6809 Vintage 60s Misses Aprons - Fabric or Vinyl, dated 1966. This includes; Misses' Aprons: The apron V. 1 with tie ends stitched in front darts has pockets, lowered round neckline and back button closing. Apron V. 2 made of transparent or coated vinyl fabrics as well as other fabrics has back button closing, square pockets, armholes and neckline finished with grosgrain ribbon.

I used vintage roses and dots print.
I had problems with the neckline pheww....Sewed size 12 ended up a bit tight in the middle.
But still I love the design!

Vintage 1964 Simplicity sewing pattern 5642. Misses One-Piece and Two-Piece Dress in Proportioned Sizes. V. 1 dress is styled with a square neckline and tie collar, long set-in sleeves and a back zipper closing. V. 2 top is similar to dress but shorter. The slim skirt with darts and side zipper joins a waistband.

(c)1970. Misses' Mini-Beach-Shift, Hat, Bag, or Mat: (Transfer for Applique Included), The sleeveless and collarless beach-shift with back zipper has low "V" shaped neckline. The lined hat has wide, floppy brim. The faced bag with zipper closing and braid or button handles can be used as a mat. V. 1 beach-shift, hat and bag feature butterfly applique and braid or ribbon trim.
