Silbersalz Edition Vivid 125T is tungsten balanced Fujifilm cine film stock that went out of production in 2013. Originally rated at ISO 500, Silbersalz recommends to shoot it at ISO 125.
I bought two rolls with the intention of testing it. It appears to age a lot faster than still film material. I stored my rolls in the fridge and shot them as soon as possible. Because it was summer, I had to shoot at daylight.
I find it a lot more difficult to handle than the Kodak based films Silbersalz usually offers. A lot of post-processing is required to coax out the right colour tones I had more luck with the Contarex shots than with the roll I did with a Canon EOS3.

I have tried out quite a lot of cine film stock. There's Cinestill .. what they do is to remove the remjet layer of Kodak Vision stock so it can be developed with the C41 process. I wasn't too impressed with the results ... if there is anything red in the image it will tend to bleed out in ugly smudges and the films appear to age very fast ... just a few months after expiry and you will get some unpleasant effects that are impossible to fix.
Then there is Silbersalz35, whose approach is not to remove the remjet layer and simply package the Kodak Vision stock in 35mm canisters. They offer two daylight balanced and two tungsten balanced types, out of which I prefer the 250D and the 500T. I've tried them all and I really like the way the colours glow, especially for those two.
Now the Silbersalz35 people have got their hands on some Fujifilm stock that was made up to 2013. Fujifilm no longer makes motion picture film and there are those who say they no longer make film at all and are now selling off the large quantities they made before shutting down production.
This originally was ISO 500 film but due to its age it is now rated as ISO 125. I got two rolls, which were rather expensive, but judging by my experience with their other products, might be worth it. Film lives, and film dies. This is a dying film, and shooting with it creates some lasting memento that will still be there when all of the remaining stock wiill have been used up or become too old to use.
