Fr8 painted with the Boston Killa Monk on a late fall, late night mission in a major Twin Cities Yard in 1994. The temp was between 20 - 30 degrees that night and began to snow as we were leaving the yard. Always a crazy time painting in the really active yards and this one night was no exception. Cars were being humped all around us and workers walking the line. Luckily we had found the perfect GVSR that was worth the risk. We dipped inbetween cars a few times but always came back to finish. A Flat car like that was everything we hunted for and for good reason. This piece was featured in the Greatest Graff Mag out at the time, Can Control Freight Photo Album Issue. Much Love to Timothy Treacy and for all his work in the culture and movement. A true pioneer for the West Coast and the Nation. Anyone who is into freights should try to do anything possible to get your hands on a copy of this magazine. The freights in there at the time were some of the greatest freights ever painted and could even rock now 15 years later. I've seen some selling on ebay, look for seller powandsue and tell 'em EROS sent ya!

An Edwardian sign marking the public footpath from Castleton to Hope in the Peak District, Derbyshire.
The iconic, streamline moderne Union Bus Station in downtown OKC is set to close this fall and its fate is remains uncertain. The mammouth new Devon Tower is going up nearby and the newly remodeled Myriad Gardens is across the street -- with all of the "new," owners may decide to take this great piece of history down for something equally new. But, there are a lot of people here who are hoping that this beautiful building can be repurposed, maybe as a restaurant or shop.
Will keep you posted on the developments.

Circa 1940s, Marin Town and Country Club, Fairfax, Marin County, Northern California, USA.
Very active and popular during 1940s & 50s & to a lesser degree through 60s & 1970s. Swimming pools, rental cabins, picnic areas, table tennis, soft ball, restaurant, bar, outdoor dance pavilion w/ live music. I lived near and spent considerable time here as a young boy and teenager. It is more or less deserted now.
From Berea, Kentucky. We were seduced by the sign proclaiming "Historic Boone Tavern" which turned out to be a big, old hotel. maybe historic, but we are of the era that remembers Fess Parker and Danial Boone. This is near Boonesborough. This is all that was really there, besides the hotel.
