The nice thing about night photography when your subject is glowing is that you don't need to play with light too much. With the aperture set to let in the most light, the glowsticks are bright enough to show up clearly in the photo. I had the shutter speed somewhere around half a second, which was obviously long enough to show the light of the glow sticks, but it wasn't long enough to get that pretty motion trail like when photographing moving traffic.
