This is a high shutter speed, so even though my subject is moving his hand there is no blurry part in the picture.

The obvious effect of a lower shutter speed: motion blur. In this picture, both the woman in the foreground as well as the man and the car in the background show this effect.

I was thinking that slow shutter speed can make two image of me in the photo, so I used a tripod and set up a timer on my camera. After the camera started shooting, I sit in chair for 2s, then quickly stand up for 2s.
