Taken in a "dark" bedroom, playing with my wireless remote, camera set to a manual shutter, and an external flash that I was hand-carrying when moving the scratching post around (hence the red & green trails). Probably about half a minute total exposure, with 3 firings of an SB-600 on 1/64 power. Plenty of time for a lot of light to leak through the "dark" curtains. Incidentally, the comforter on the bed is a dark blue, which isn't very obvious at all.
I'm pretty pleased with this first effort. In the future I'll probably actually use a tripod or something instead of putting the camera on my humidor...

I used a high shutter speed of 1/640 to capture a still moment while the players were in motion. I used a high ISO setting because the lighting of the gym was poor but I struggled a bit with the settings and trying to find a balance so that there was not as much grain and the picture would be crisp.
