I wanted to emphasize the coloured shavings produced by a Lee Valley pencil sharpener, but couldn't get enough shavings from the coloured leads so I replaced them with lemon rind.
I ask you, why would ducks need boats? Don't they float pretty well already?

I did a new style of post-processing here. I'm trying to explore other kinds of style aside from my usual kind of post-processing.

This is packed with sand (I cut a close-weave lining fabric to avoid leakage of grains) so that it can be used sharpen and de-rust old pins and needles. Or not. Still looking for vintage beads to replace these opalescent-headed pins.
