Through hypnosis you will learn to look at food differently and change your habits permanently.
Hypnosis is very easy and often takes little or no willpower.
There are over 6,000 research studies that prove the effectiveness of hypnosis. (http://northshorehypnosis.com/HypnosisResearch.htm)
Instead of staying on the diet roller coaster, you will see and enjoy lasting effects in just a few sessions.
Most people who diet end up gaining the weight back and then some. Hypnosis ends dieting, it changes your relationship with food and makes you want to eat only in a healthy non-emotion driven way and this is the only way to maintain permanent weight loss. With hypnosis you learn how to think differently without even putting effort into thinking differently.

The book doesn't mention anything about going to the laundromat when it's rained for days and you can't dry your laundry at home.
They should add it as the 8th habit in the next edition. It's highly effective.

On Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009, we had Three (3) Speakers - Holly Baade (pronounced Bay-Dee),Johnnie McClelland, and Jairek Robbins.
Holly Baade spoke about her journey as The Joyful Warrior, and showed us what a drum solo was really supposed to be like.
Johnnie Marie McClelland spoke on Having Great Relationships
And Jairek Robbins gave a presentation on Creating Value regardless of the economy!
As usual, Sheena prepared a great buffet dinner for us, and we ate plenty good too!
The group is growing, we had around 40 people in attendance tonight. Not bad for our third meeting.
And yes, I took a few pictures…

What is dharma (religion)? What are the types of dharma?
Dharma is not defined by the mere activities you do - it is your inner intent which will define religion or the lack of it. Pujya Deepakbhai explains that there are two types of religion - real and relative.
Real religion is knowing and being in the Soul
Relative religion is to leave the bad and follow the good, any behaviour which hurts others, is adharma (opposite of religion) and anything that would benefit others is religion. Anger-pride-deceit-greed is all against religion.

On day 2 of my Banksy hunt I came across this. Someone painted over one of his rats and someone else crossed out the "Self Help!" that the rat had painted in the original piece. Of the 20 sights I went to, this was the best I can find so I guess I'll have to take it
North Carolina National Guard Soldiers put their engineering skills to the test at the NCNG’s armory in Butner N.C., July 25. The engineers use their annual training to improve their skills and readiness while upgrading NCNG facilities. “It is with training for them (Soldiers) and it costs less than if we hired someone to do it,” said Tony Ferguson, a retired NCNG Army Colonel and current NCNG contractor. Practice destruction wisely; it has a core purpose. Out with the bad (air) in with the good… Don’t destroy what you still need, but do clear out room for enhanced efficiency.
Remember also that ‘less is more’, and simplicity rules. This implies that downsizing is a good thing. To downsize you have to thoughtfully destroy.
