Falling ~ Lacuna Coil

I stand, look in my hands

I talk with these lines

It's not the answer

I'm crying and now I know

Looking the sky

I search an answer

So free, free to be

I'm not another liar

I just want to be myself... myself

And now the beat inside me

is a sort of a cold breeze and I've

never any feeling inside

around me I bring my body

carry it into another world

I know I live... but like a stone I'm falling down

Damned, looking into the sky

I can feel this rain

right now it's falling on me

fly, I just want to fly

life is all mine

some days I cry alone,

but I know I'm not the only one

I see that another day is gone

I don't wanna die...

Please be here when I arrive, don't die... please

This is my photo for today and I even got it done early..can you believe it? I know, I barely can myself. This photo in no way expresses my mood today, in fact it has been pretty good thus far. :o) It is simply my creative expression of this song. If you would like to hear this song, please click here.

You know you want to. :o)

Journal Page for Kira's Journal Challenge "Today, take a little bit of time to write yourself a letter in giant letters with colorful markers".....

I saw other artists use this style of writing large letters in a wavy pattern...thought I'd try it and see how it looked/I liked it....

The background is black ink stamped using office stamps and smudged...so it's a bit dark in the photo...but I played around with pens and stamps at work and markers I had at home...

I love my dreads and dreadfully to some, my very own hair gives others insight into a world of wig culture and couture, for those that lack vision....here it is, you can still have your very own dreads (art incarnate) and still be a working actress. I am so grateful for the opportunity to run into these dancers. They had so much energy and were loving every bit of their dancing. I absolutely love this person. They would get lost in their dancing, with full self-expression. Freeman discusses about one of the most important decisions in intent is how much you want to stay within the boundaries of what a viewer is expecting to see. I didn't know what I was going to get this day, and I am thrilled to have this experience. I enhanced this photo with a levels adjustment, hue and saturation, noise reduction, and some dodging.

Fear comes in various forms of self-expression.

Never censored. Always provoking. Leaving an impression.

You paint a story to directly enact desire in oneself. An attempt to influence opinion or take up preventive or direct action. To achieve a particular objective, and involve the use of pressure. Fear is your persuasion. Sometimes the answer.

Depending how you interpetate. You may hide, run or fall. The colors make sense of it all.

Encouraged when you are blue, in need of gold, or times of gray.

One characteristic over another. Creating a very unique but sometimes dark color.

A visual expression of objection, by words, to particular events, and situations. As like graffiti that can take many different forms so does your fears and so does your actions.

Never just black and white, your individual mark and story. Deep inside our very soul making their own opinions.

From your ancestors before you. Heard like shouts. Your thoughts are “out and about.”

There like spray painted on that wall, says a statement. “like you, your words won’t fall.”

Don’t seek out for safety. Step back. See, to be mesmerized it is you chasing colors on that wall.

I’m the artist to this canvas.

This is what makes us who we are.

My thoughts used to be vivid.

Disappear into the dark.

I’m left with fear.

Don’t look back.

Act like if I was never here.

This painting has taken me a long time to finish. I painted the pom and quince in one sitting some three years ago, but the background has caused me a lot of trouble. It started out as a painting from a dream I had of Venice, Italy..... you can just about see the skyline in the background. Finished at last!
