This is the letter my bank sent after I requested a change of address. This is what constitutes security:
"Based on your verbal instructions, we have changed the address on your account(s) to the new address listed above. In order to ensure your protection from fraud, we have mailed this communication."
They mailed it to the new address. If this was a fraudulent address change, wouldn't the new address be the wrong one? If I didn't want my address changed, wouldn't I be expecting such mail at my old address?

Soldiers from the Headquarters of the 1st Mechanized Brigade marched from Wellington Barracks in Birdcage Walk to the Houses of Parliament in Westminster on 22 October 2013 to mark their return from Afghanistan.
The 120 personnel from the brigade, which has its headquarters in Tidworth, had recently returned from Afghanistan’s Helmand province and following the parade attended a reception at the Houses of Parliament hosted by the Prime Minister.
The brigade has completed a six month summer tour under the command of Brigadier Rupert Jones supporting the Afghan National Security Forces in central Helmand.
The parade was led by the Band of the Life Guards. The marching contingent from 1st Mechanized Brigade included soldiers from the Household Cavalry Regiment, the Irish Guards, the Second Royal Tank Regiment, 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, 2nd Battalion The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment, 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland and 4th Battalion The Rifles. Other units represented at the parade included 22 Engineer Regiment, 5 Medical Regiment, 1st Regiment Royal Horse Artillery and 215 Signal Squadron.

it was like airport security. they scanned your belongings, you had to remove your belt, and walk through a metal-detector.
i don't get this and it was quite infuriating. to have to submit to forced-screening to go on deck of a piece of floating history is mind-boggling and incredibly sad at how far our country has slipped into a state of fear.

The Security Room is the hub of mall security guards and janitors, with numerous cameras set up around the mall, hazards and lawbreaking can be spotted and dealt with in the shortest of times. The Security Room is connected to Entrance Plaza and the Helipad.
I was trying to take a picture of those lights across until a security SUV approached us and told us cameras are not allowed within the vicinity. The photo turned out pretty cool so i thought i'd post it here on flickr.

Most houses built since car-ownership became more common in Colombia will have a front patio and driveway entirely enclosed in a gate. Side driveways are almost unheard-of since most houses are built to the side property lines and usually touch each other forming a row-house look.
Older city houses, usually in older parts of cities - remember Colombia is far older than the automobile, have a scant set-back from the street and wrought iron is directly on the windows and doors. No driveway or garage.. if it is allowed (usually not) car swill somehow be parked *on* the sidewalk.
Whilst not completely canon with the map layout, I wanted to add a subway spawn point so I whipped this up in place of the bridge entrance like in the game.
I may make the bridge in the future as a separate build but I don't know...
The train is going to eventually shoot through the tunnel and I'm going to have more random crap in the middle to give the effect of an evacuated city.
