Head dancers
The head dancers consist of the Head Man Dancer and the Head Woman Dancer, and often Head Teen Dancers, Head Little Boy and Girl Dancers, Head Golden Age Dancers, and a Head Gourd Dancer if the pow-wow has a Gourd Dance. The head dancers lead the other dancers in the grand entry or parade of dancers that opens a pow-wow. In many cases, the head dancers are also responsible for leading the dancers during songs, and often dancers will not enter the arena unless the head dancers are already out dancing.

Klamath County Event Center
The Klamath County Event Center is a 2,800-seat multipurpose arena located in Klamath Falls, Oregon, as part of the Klamath County Fairgrounds.
The arena contains a 45,000-square-foot (150-by-300 feet) arena floor, allowing it to be used for multiple events, including rodeos, concerts, conventions and trade shows. Adjacent to the arena seating a building housing two ticket booths, two concession stands, and a conference room. The concrete exhibit area measures 30,000 square feet.
The Klamath County Fairgrounds also include two exhibit halls, the largest of which measures 11,440 square feet and contains two meeting rooms and the smallest, 4200 square feet; a 900-seat indoor arena with 24,000 square feet of arena floor space; two livestock barns; an outdoor arena; horse stalls; and an outdoor stage. There are 2000 parking spaces in the fairgrounds.

'Burning Bush' Exodus 3 (Bible Scripture)
The burning bush is an object described by the Book of Exodus as being located on Mount Horeb; according to the narrative, the bush was on fire, but was not consumed by the flames, hence the name[1]. In the narrative, the burning bush is the location at which Moses was appointed by Yahweh to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and into Canaan.
The Hebrew word used in the narrative, that is translated into English as bush, is seneh (סנה), which refers in particular to brambles[2][3][4]; seneh is a biblical dis legomenon, only appearing in two places, both of which describe the burning bush[5]. It is possible that the reference to a burning bush is based on mistaken interpretation of Sinai (סיני), a mountain described by the Bible as being on fire, and scholars think that the reference to the burning bush in Deuteronomy, in particular, is a copyist's error, and was originally a reference to Sinai[

The Klamath Tribes
The Klamath are a Native American tribe of the Plateau culture area in Southern Oregon.
History
Pre-contact
Prior to the arrival of European explorers, the Klamath people lived in the area around the Upper Klamath Lake and the Klamath, Williamson, and Sprague rivers. They subsisted primarily on fish and gathered roots and seeds.
The Klamath were known to raid neighboring tribes (such as the Achomawi on the Pit River), and occasionally to take prisoners as slaves. Kit Carson admired the arrows of the Klamath, and it is reported that they could shoot those arrows through a horse. They traded with the Chinookan people at The Dalles.
Contact
In 1826 Peter Skene Ogden, an explorer for the Hudson's Bay Company, first encountered the Klamath people, and he was trading with them by 1829.
Treaty with the United States
The United States, the Klamaths, Modocs, and Yahooskin band of Snake tribes signed a treaty in 1864, establishing the Klamath Reservation, to the northeast of Upper Klamath Lake. The treaty had the tribes cede the land in the Klamath Basin, bounded on the north by the 44th parallel, to the United States. In return, the United States was to make a lump sum payment of $35,000, and annual payments totalling $80,000 over 15 years, as well as providing infrastructure and staff for the reservation. The treaty provided that, if the Indians drank or stored intoxicating liquor on the reservation, the payments could be withheld and that the United States could locate additional tribes on the reservation in the future. The tribes requested Lindsay Applegate as the agent to represent the United States to them. The Indian agent estimated the total population of the three tribes at about 2,000 when the treaty was signed.

The Klamath, along with the Modoc and Yahooskin, form the Klamath Tribes confederation, with their tribal government based in Chiloquin, Oregon.
Some Klamaths live on the Quartz Valley Indian Community in Siskiyou County, California.
Culture
Language

The Klamath spoke one dialect of the Klamath–Modoc language, the other being spoken by the Modoc people, who lived south of the Klamath. Once thought to be a language isolate, Klamath–Modoc is now considered a member of the Plateau Penutian language family.
Both the Klamath and the Modoc called themselves maqlaqs, meaning "people." When they wanted to distinguish between themselves, the Klamath were called ?ewksiknii, "people of the [Klamath] Lake," and the Modoc were called moowatdal'knii, "people of the south."
Classifications
The Klamath people are grouped with the Plateau Indians—the peoples who originally lived on the Columbia River Plateau. They were most closely linked with the Modoc people.

He remained in Jerusalem, uttering from time to time his words of warning, but without much effect. He was there when Nebuchadnezzar II of Babylon besieged the city (Jer. 37:4, 5), 588 BC, as Jeremiah had prophesied before-hand. The rumour of the approach of the Egyptians to aid the Jews in this crisis induced the Babylonians to withdraw, and to return to their own land. However, this siege was raised for only a short time. The prophet, in answer to his prayer, received a message from God, stating that "the Babylonians would come again, and take the city, and burn it with fire" (37:7, 8). The princes, in their anger at such a message by Jeremiah, cast him into prison (37:15-38:13). He was still in confinement when the city was taken (586 BC). The Babylonians released him, and showed him great kindness, allowing Jeremiah to choose the place of his residence, according to a Babylonian edict. Jeremiah accordingly went to Mizpah in Benjamin with Gedaliah, who had been made governor of Judea.
Johanan succeeded Gedaliah, who had been assassinated by an Israelite prince in the pay of Ammon "for working with the Babylonians". Refusing to listen to Jeremiah's counsels, Johanan fled to Egypt, taking Jeremiah and Baruch ben Neriah, Jeremiah's faithful scribe and servant with him (Jer. 43:6). There, the prophet probably spent the remainder of his life, still seeking in vain to turn the people to the Lord, from whom they had so long revolted (44). Some believe he was murdered in Egypt by those angered by his prophecies. It is known that he lived into the reign of Evil-merodach, son of Nebuchadnezzar, and may have been about ninety years of age at his death. We have no authentic record of his death. He may have died at Tahpanes, or, according to a tradition, may have gone to Babylon with the army of Nebuchadnezzar.

由於全園區自海拔3,952公尺的玉山主峰直落至300公尺的拉庫拉庫溪底，氣溫隨著高度上升而遞減，形成溫帶、寒帶兩種氣候型態。除蘊涵有豐富的植物相外，另有豐富的動物及景觀等自然資源孕育其中。園區內豐饒珍貴的自然人文資源屬全民共享，這個環境最重要是給人們一個與大自然接觸的場所，做為心靈休憩、恢復生機的地方，也是留給後世子孫最美好純淨的樂土。
因面積廣大分為四大區：西北園區─位於玉山園區西北側，包括新中橫公路、塔塔加、東埔、觀高、八通觀、玉山主峰及楠溪林道等地區；南部園區─位於玉山園區西南部，包括南橫公路沿線、梅山─天池─中之關─埡口、南橫三山及關山等地區；東部園區─位於玉山園區東南側，包括南安、山風、瓦拉米、大分及新康山等地區；高山核心地區─位為玉山園區東北部及中央地帶，包括大水窟、秀姑巒山、馬博拉斯山、塔芬山、馬西山等地區。而於塔塔加遊憩區、梅山遊憩區、南安遊憩區，分設三座遊客中心，提供各項媒體欣賞、諮詢及解說等各項服務。
