Monks and lamas bring scriptures to people's homes when invited. The officiating lama or monk reads from these scriptures. His attendants chant and read other scriptures.

Approximately 150 species in this genus in North America north of Mexico.
Only one other record in this genus on MBP; and it looks nothing like this one. So this must be a new species for MBP.
