Do Not Use Without Permission
I wish that you may never steal, lie, or cheat.
But if you must steal, steal away all of my sorrows.
If you must lie, lie with me all the nights of my life.
And if you must cheat, cheat death and remain with me forever and always because I couldn't live a day with you.

This weekend's de-cluttering project: Get rid of ALL the scripts I've kept over the years. Seriously. Why? Why, why, why, why, WHY have I felt the need to keep all of these?

UNICODE 5.1.0 meets Or-Omcode∞.1.0
Unicode represents the Tower ob Babel en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tower_of_Babel In computing, Unicode is an industry standard allowing computers to consistently represent and manipulate text expressed in most of the world's writing systems. Developed in tandem with the Universal Character Set standard and published in book form as The Unicode Standard, Unicode consists of a repertoire of more than 100,000 characters, a set of code charts for visual reference, an encoding methodology and set of standard character encodings, an enumeration of character properties such as upper and lower case, a set of reference data computer files, and a number of related items, such as character properties, rules for normalization, decomposition, collation, rendering and bidirectional display order (for the correct display of text containing both right-to-left scripts, such as Arabic or Hebrew, and left-to-right scripts). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UniCode

I wish I could read Armenian. The script is beautiful.
Here's what I learned taking this pic: Having a fixed focal length is tough! I wanted to get the entire monument, but it was on the other side of a fence, and so I had to wriggle the lens in between fence posts.
Not a super great image, although I like the monument itself. But I wanted to see if I could get reasonable DOF on my subject while blowing out the background. I think f/1.4 was a good compromise.
