The Scout Tunnel on Huddersfield Narrow Canal between Mossley & Stalybridge - a 205yd tunnel carved out of solid rock.
Taken from Scout Lookout near the top of Angel's Landing. I've done this hike many times and have wanted to shoot this tree for a while. It has a bit of an interesting shape to it and is just hanging off the cliff side. The moon at this point was just getting to rise over the mountain that you see.

Water Scout was originally built in 1618, and later added to in 1701. Little remains here; a few walls and fallen beams. In the yard was a well. I spent a few minutes trying to find it but couldn't. Water Scout was last inhabited in the 1930's.

The Bonfire Yell is one of the highlights of the annual Scouting Camporee. The boy scouts and girl scouts of SFAMSC show off their talents in dance, acting, and singing as they perform their cheers and yells exulting the values of scouting and challenging the other patrols to do better with friendly jabs that help spark healthy competition. To give their very best performance, each patrol dedicate many days to choreograph and practice their yells. This activity helps develop important life skills such as cooperation, teamwork, creativity, and the strength of character to be able to perform publicly. Audiences are usually surprised so see once timid and shy students shine and give it their all in the Bonfire Yell.

Scout is a new client I started yesterday. He's a two year old Jack Russell/Pug mix and a really great dog! So friendly and well behaved. What a little lover!! (client)
Just because you are a scout and away at a camp for a week doesn't mean you have to miss your Pizza.
Shown here, Silas with a lovely Pizza baked in our oven made from a clean oil-barrel dug into a hole. Works like a charm.
