My wife has been suggesting I build the Mystery machine for a long time now. I thought the "Claim to Fame," LUGNuts challenge was the perfect opportunity to do so.

The MetLife super bowl commercial was freakin awesome, and during the game, on the Metlife Facedbook Wall, they shared many pics of the gang at their super bowl party. here they all are.

A few weeks ago, I picked up a "Mysterious Machine" monobike from 777 Motors on the weekend sales. From the first moment I rezzed it in a sandbox, I knew I had to put together a whole look to go with it! The challenge was on!

For those not lucky enough to get the placemat...here is an edited version of this awesome grouping of characters. it is lightened up and smoothed out.

It was a Scooby Doo weekend with the LEGO release of their latest theme. Although August 1, 2015 is the official release of the new LEGO Scooby collection, a few stores had some of the new sets. Had to snag a Mystery Machine! Although I didn't do any building, I rummaged through the old toy box in search of the pictured figures which I knew I had in the house somewhere. Not sure how long I had them or where they came from, they make for a creepy scene (with some photo editing).

A local (DC) area group had a meet for photographers and Cosplayers.

BOURSE D'ECHANGES ARRAS MARS 2016

Yep...i am trying to make this place THE destination for all things googled about the beloved Bear with the name of Yogi. I am searching my trove of Yogi images and unleashing the best of the unseen in honor of his MOVIE OPENING ON DEC. 17th. You really should go see it.

Gene Hazleton is one of my favorite Flintstone artists and he did almost the whole run of comic strip that ran in daily papers across the country during the 60's. i love Gene for the fact that he added so much detail to this world that a limited animation budget only hinted at. Some of the best things about his run on this strip are the different clothes worn by the cast and the plethora of interesting supporting characters he included, not to mention a fleshed out and intricate Bedrock like you've never seen before. I decided to commemorate this underappreciated artist by coloring and texturing a few of his best panels. A lot of the textures are lifted from actual Flintstone cartoons for extra Hanna Barbera goodness

Beautiful viewmaster slides from the amazing works that brought the Flintstones to life in awesome 3D

These are from different sets by the way...one which was basically the Flintstone Flyer, the other from Teaching Wilma to Drive and another i am not sure of...the Betty Rubble one.
