Complete accident. Was cleaning the scanner and happened to hit the button on the front which started the scanner, and it started to preview while I was wiping down the scanner bed. Took a screen cap of the scanner bed, and this is it....see next image for even better one
here is the reason we are in san diego. greg and a bunch of the scanner darkly annimators came cuz they were on a panel at comic con. here they are with the philip k. dick robot too. they showed a trailer of the movie. lots of excitement about it.

An AGFA DuoScan T2500. It probably doesn't work, and it's SCSI so we have no convenient way to test it, and I want some of the guts, so here goes...

Here's my Apple Scanner and an SE with an external 80mb hard drive. It's been a few weeks since I've been able to get back to it but I've been having fun using the scanner to scan photos for Hypercard and PageMaker 4. It's a bit more tedious than I thought it would be and so far I haven't produced the greatest results with the scanner. It seems rather hit or miss, depending on the photo it's scanning.
