They will determine the need to drip irrigate should moisture levels drop to a level where the vines would start to suffer drought stress. Another attempt on our part to provide the best grapes for making our wines. Without first class grapes we cannot make first class wines.

An interesting example of Sauvignon Blanc from California, this has a bit more bottle age than most New Zealand or Chilean examples, and offers some fascinating candied fruit flavours and tropical aromas.
