FAB FOUR WEB WORDS.

The first four words most searched on the web (at the time of the design of the poster...)

1) SEX

2) GOD

3) DEATH

4) BRITNEY SPEARS (now replace it with LADY GAGA)

Take a moment to think about it. And what does it mean.

Primary instinct, fear of unknown, fear of death and adoration of celebrities - all that makes the mob psyche.

People's search terms are a reflection of the people who typed them, not a reflection of the terms themselves.

If statistics are real (statistics always change, however...) and I don't know cause you can find a lot of different charts, or zeitgeists, of the most used keywords in the internet, these statistics represent us.

In a common way, obviously.

But common.

So if this is real, it means:

- we want sex

- we are obsessed by death (think about tv programs about incidents like 8mm or something) and at the sametime scared, so GOD

- we want popularity, or celebrity, or just be envious of who is one of them (vips)

- we want to know everything about celebrities, in the bad and in the good (statistics done in the bad mood period of britney...)

- we search real things on un-real (virtual) channels

Is there God on internet?

Or Death?

Or a sex partner?

Or Britney?

The interesting thing about this statistics (being these not manipulated, which is unlikely)is that it measures the behaviour of millions, maybe billions, of serchers. With such a huge sample the results have to have a meaning.

Sex, god, death and Britney are the avearage interests of internet users (which we have to remember, are more concentrated in the West). However, I think its fair to say these are the average interests of the human race.

Replace Britney with the a King, and Emperor or a Warlord of past empires and you have the 4 main interests of humans across History.

So:

SEX= primary instinct, a contemporary need and obsession for people

GOD= fear of the unknown, an anchor to salvation against the third word more searched, who really search spirituality knows that it's more inside of you than out, represented by persons or facts (and sometimes persons do their actions through religion, in the hystory but also now, using this element of extreme need by the humans to believe in something more than themselves)

DEATH= something to fear but also something that attracts us, we push the edges to be really near to her, in a lot of ways, or to be the most away from her, and we are always attracted by her (why people, on a car incident, come to the place of the incident to take a look?)

IMPORTANT PEOPLE= people need them in the same measure they hate, love, are envy of them

NOW DO YOUR THOUGHTS.

This guy was on hunger strike outside the Dáil to protest about something. Unfortunately nobody bothered to eaven read his placards.

4 PM today it already had fog coming in....made the town look quite creepy but made for great shots at the sametime!

The ICON UK 2018 conference took place in Birmingham Thursday 13th and Friday 14th of September 2018.

ICON UK is the former UK Lotus user group. It’s focused on the IBM Collaboration Software platform (IBM Notes/Domino, IBM Sametime, IBM Connections, Websphere etc).

The speakers are IBM customers, users and partners, as well as from IBM and HCL, the new partner who is doing the development of the ICS portfolio.

It was a fun conference, with a lot of useful stuff. I delivered my lecture “30 tips about IBM Verse,” IBM’s webmail and calendar interface.

Here are the photos from this year’s event.

This is a picture of the interior of Keatings bar. It used to be St Mary's church for a few hundred years but over time the demand for churches declined and the demand for pubs increased. Personally I think they have done a tasteful conversion.

A typical scene at Hamburg Harburg with 2 freight trains heading in the same direction at the sametime; with an intermodal on the left and a mixed freight consisting of "Cargowaggon" vans and intermodal wagons on the right

The fire was out of control for a while.

These two kids are at work! The elder showing off his cool trick by back paddeling the van -this way he can look after the younger and drive at the sametime. Taking on a lead role for the family the elder was less prone to the amusement of being photographed than the younger :)

Right out of the camera no photoshop. Need a zoom lens set camera to shutter speed priority 1/30th camera will pick the rest to expose the photo correct. Start moving out zoom and click shutter release at sametime. I focused on her nose.

its a miracle light that i saw on that day at the sametime i just adjusted the levels in photoshop slightly.

My perfectly accessorized second to last decade of the 20th century outfit reigns through again. to make myself feel secure with so much dermis (skin) showing, i had to pound down pucker/citrus vodka/Montezuma Tequila and JACK effin Daniels just to be okay in my skin if you know what i mean. everyone knows Big Bad Beerad really has self-esteem issues. and yes, that UWWF stands for University of Wisconsin-Weyauwega-Fremont chapter. thats a double hyphen, triple word combo. I win, mortal kombat and scrabble. sametime, whoo.

Composite. Both night sky and Gooseneck landscape were taken on the same day and from the same direction but not in the exact same spot or at the sametime. Glow on the horizon is from the town of Mexican Hat.
