This image was taken @ the mid noon, the color was with yellow cast. I have adjusted to have more green on it.

The bulb is actually on the plant itself. I use a ladder to stand on top with the camera handheld. Wind speed is about 12miles an hours. Hot & sunny noon. When taking this kind of shot, one have to be using some standing meditation technique to snap.

Today's story and sketch by me 1461, is about the latest arrivals to our Tropical Volcanic Planet we call Budahunga. Sometime this morning before sunrise, I heard the unmistakable sound of a Big Blue Dimension Dust Devil. When one enters our atmosphere it makes a horrendous rumbling sound, then the sound gets quiet as it slowly hovers over the ground, and most times gently dropping something it has picked up in another galaxy, probably in another dimension. This morning the dust devil dropped a pedestrian, who could be a fig farmer from another galaxy, the reason I believe this is because, the pedestrian has suction cup fingers, that are common among fig pickers. Also arriving at the sametime, was a big eyed fig falcon, and as you can see a fig tree, that must have been in much better shape before it's journey inside a dust devil through time and space before reaching Budahunga. I hope to have more details about pedestrian, the fig falcon, and a new mystery, why has Budahunga recently become a dropping off point for aliens in a witness protection program. Leaving Kelso Dunes, Tom spotted the snake crossing the road. So we both hurried out. It laid still for a few good minutes. Then it went it's a slowly, flickering that tongue of its. On the prowl something. We slowly went closer to the snake at the sametime being cautious ans watching our surrounding. A few minutes before this encounter we spotted a possible Racer shoot up to the trees. Tom and I struggled to take good shot of the snake. Not sure whether to post it. Anyhoo this rattler was gorgeous!!

Weird enough some people think they can get respect by using violence.. I'm glad i never tried that so I got my respect by being myself and have faith in humanity.. With this (old and fake) gun I tried to say, how old (gun) or young (hand) you are doesn't matter, but show respect to eachother!!

At the sametime, when you use product with respect it will last longer.. The gun is old, (rust and stuff) but it still works! (Smoke)..

Rarely do we pay attention to what lies behind a statue. Even if we look, most of the time, there is nothing to see. Because it is hollow, or flat, or no where near as interesting as the front half.

I stumbled on this, purely by chance. Walking by early in the morning, this had its back turned towards the sidewalk, just as you see it here. It didn't really stand out and was quite missable, mostly because of its small size. As I passed it, it caught the corner of my eye and I turned back to have a closer look. I was quite pleased with this find.

When I am in Inner-Mongolia; I am surprise to discovered that the Morning Glory color in the early of the morning is purple color & it was under the shed.

When I returned home in US, I start to observe the morning glory color in various time of the day from sun rise till sunset. I found that Morning Glory is purple color in both sun rise & sunset period. Then in the mid noon is the blue color.

Now, you can see that the blue & purple color is exhibited @ the sametime. Perhaps also because of the temperature of the day.

Sun lights are from behind.

Taking Macro & NaNo picture always need to survey the object 1st. then compose a vivid image in your mind.

3 years today without dad....

My late Mom's Told me that , when she met her youngest brother in Shanghai, then he was in the very senior position with the Maritimes authority in Shanghai & Yangzi River.

My mom's have not met him since she left Shanghai & given to the Fujian family @ 3 years old. It is a historical event in her lifetimes.

He then travel with my mom's to visit YangZi for 6days. My mom's told me how much she enjoy the views & scenaries on her trip. Since then she have travel about 3 times to visit Yanzi & 3 gores.

This is taken on the 3rd day morning on my last trip. I have the jet lag & 4am I am awake. I was in & out to the deck a few time.

It was shower & foggy at the sametime. I have took this shot @ 5.25 in the morning local time without tripod.

I can appreciate the legendary Artists & officials why they are so draw to visit YangZi especially 3 Gores to appreciate the beautiful scenaries!!

By looking at the Global warming Chart forecast the other day. It really make me think, by 2020 we would no longer enjoy the beauties in this world with the human waste & technologies trash.

Will be using this setup at the Vans US Open of Surfing in late July in Huntington Beach (Surf City USA!), and the Hurley Pro at Trestles in September! This power was simply inconceivable a few short years ago!

The Nikon D810 is the hottest model I have shot to date, up there with the swimsuit bikini model goddesses! :)

JK, I could shoot the bikini models with a Canon 5D MK3 even and they'd still look good.

The Nikon D 810 is mounted on a sturdy aluminum Vanguard Tripod or quality Manfroto Monopod! I prefer the aluminum over the carbon as it is thinner and heavier and has less of a chance of getting caught in a gust and tipping over! Although it happened once at the grand canyon, but I caught it! But the lightweight carbon-fiber with the wider legs would blow away! :)

These generative backgrounds with my portraits are weird as hell but I also love how representative it is on this crazy day. It was wonderful and awful at the same time. Photoshop put me in a tower hanging out of a window which I feel is accurate to my day. I felt like I was on a ledge and thinking of escaping by risking it all and taking the jump.

The town arena where hockey is played is about as Canadian as it gets. This Westport arena was empty when I entered it on a weekday but come Sametime, it is the center if town life.

The Nikon D 810 is mounted on a sturdy aluminum Vanguard Tripod or quality Manfroto Monopod! I prefer the aluminum over the carbon as it is thinner and heavier and has less of a chance of getting caught in a gust and tipping over! Although it happened once at the grand canyon, but I caught it! But the lightweight carbon-fiber with the wider legs would blow away! :)
