Today was a good day. Hence why I'm up so late because I'm still so glad to have had it.

I'm starting myself a photo blog to act as a sort of public diary and record of related events about photography, people, places, etc.

If you share this, please leave my watermark in place as I'd really appreciate people knowing this is my work.

If you are interested in buying a high quality print of any size, just email me.

Today I had a great morning. I enjoyed my little balcony eating cereal, contemplating and gardening =)

In a state of half a sleep and half wake up...I've the real Sunday morning blues.

My girl friend took this photo with her beloved Polaroid Spectra camera.

Shot this morning 10th March 2013. Wish you all a Happy Sunday!

Sunday Book Bazaar, Daryaganj.

A wonderful Canadian and American Celebration.

This is a wonderful tradition, celebrating Canadian and American Independence days in Detroit. Husband Gary and I enjoy singing with the choir under the direction of Karl Osterland who directs the music program, composes original music and plays the organ.

From the Historic Trinity website:

On Sunday, June 23, 2013, special worship services were held at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., at Historic Trinity, celebrating the friendship between Detroit and Windsor. The St. Andrew’s Society Pipe Band (bagpipes and drums) performed during these services. All were inspired by the performance of “Amazing Grace” by the bagpipes, drums, and organ. The Rev. Dr. David Eberhard preached, assisted by the Cathedral Pastors of Historic Trinity.

27.11.11 - Last sunday morning we woke-up in Trondheim and we enjoyed our first snow!!! That's the view that we had from the window of our friend's house. It was fantastic to see all white again! This year we had a very warm autumn in Norway, the snow was coming very late. After the breakfast we took a very nice walk in the wood.

Sunday morning coffee with old friends. Dot, her daughter Jane and Gwen. I worked with all three at Knowle Hospital and also worked with Jane at the Meadows. Not seen Jane for about 15 years, but she started work at Knowle Hospital the same year as me way back in 1977 :-)

GAZA, PALESTINE, April 13 - Following a Sunday morning worship service, members of the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Porphyrius, which turned 1,607 this year, held a procession marking Palm Sunday, the Christian feast that celebrates Jesus' triumphal entry to Jerusalem. The festivities come a week before Pascha, or Easter, which will be celebrated next Sunday, April 20, in an unusual convergence of the Eastern and Western church calendars. (Photo by Joe Catron)
