Engineering works in the Cheltenham area over the weekend of the Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st May resulted in no fewer than six engineers workings returning from the possession to Westbury during the Sunday. The third of these working, 6C20 08:55 Gloucester Yard Junction to Westbury Down Yard, heads south through Rangeworthy in some lovely spring sunshine.

A September morning in upstate NY. Happy Sunday!

Last sunday I had an early breakfast in our allotment garden, as it was said to be the last real summer day. The lake had no visitors yet and looked very quiet and peaceful

last sunday morning making bacon {yum} and omelets... love that the moosedog was watching me...had no idea...he makes this photo. he probably thought i was getting him an ice cube ;o)

this sunday morning... catching the house on fire... i turned the tea kettle on high and sat down with lady o for some breakfast {everyone else was still sleeping}. and smelled something. i turned around and a kitchen towel was on fire... holy hell!!! i screamed fire. the mister came literally rolling down the stairs and the girls behind him half coherent yelling "where's the spider?" {i love them so much, they make me laugh!} thank goodness daddy saved the day!!! i had the fire extinguisher ready, he's a gd man though and picked up the towel and threw it in the sink. let's say this is not how i like starting my sunday mornings. our family passed the house fire test for sure... everyone was downstairs in 3 seconds and the fire alarms went off... just ignore our smell for a few days while we air out please... yuck!

and p.s. sorry if my tones are off...i am too lazy to hook my laptop into my workflow monitor... just happy to have a house today, not too much to ask for right...lol

Sometimes Sundays downtown are special because the evangelicals go to big church gatherings at the arena or the conference centre. Everyone is dressed up. The sidewalk smells of soap, cologne and perfume.

No catchy title on this one. I took it Sunday on the way back from vacation (Wyoming), hence the name "Sunday's Windmill".
