Two shirts, plenty of badges and lots of sticky adhesive artists trading tokens
I definitely owe him a blow job or something
buy stuff from him and support real artists instead of buying fucking boring clothes from american apparel or hot topic. Spend your money wisely and on people who deserve it.
i own to much, this doesn't even begin to show it...
i love bargains to much and i hoard to much!
Oooh, and another polaroid :D
Actually this is for real. It is a statue at the back of the Woolshed Brewery at Wilkadene in South Australia's Riverland. After a good session in the Brewery this could make you think a bit if you stumbled across it in the dark
I don't know the story behind it.
The original shot is not as scary looking as this . In post I placed a filter over the entire image called midnight blue then just removed the selected part with the minus brush to about 35% opacity just to make it look more ghoulish.
That is part of the River Murray in the background. It's a steep bank down to the river.
It's a great place to have lunch overlooking the river and the cliffs.

I mentioned in yesterday's post a York Pullman AEC Swift which came into view with little or no warning after we were expelled from their garage. With no time to do anything half sensible I just picked the camera up and snapped away. Unfortunately, when the negatives came back from the chemist weeks later, I saw the full horror of what I'd achieved (or otherwise)! Not quite in the frame and even more blurred than usual was this beautiful well laden maroon, yellow and cream Roe bodied saloon. Would that I could re-visit York in 1976 . . . even with a phone camera.
"Is this an interesting picture?" I asked Frank. "Hmm," he said, pointing to the left side of the windowsill. "If there were a cat there. But otherwise it's just stuff."
So, stuff it is. Interesting stuff.

Dec. 8, 2024: A Black Phoebe sits with a stuffed animal at Pepper Tree Playfield in Newbury Park, California.
Every December, teddy bears and other stuffed animals return to Pepper Tree Playfield in Newbury Park, California. I spotted about 20 - mostly teddy bears - this morning hiding in the trees at the park's West end. Hopefully, many more will arrive in the next two weeks. This annual migration ends on Christmas Day.
This December is the fourth year of this annual migration.
This was taken a couple months back during Photoshop World in Las Vegas. On our way to drop off Verent (one of RRS’s engineers) 500px.com/verent at the airport we noticed the Vegas sky was BLOWING UP. We said a very quick goodbye and sped up to the parking structure. I was pretty amazed we didn’t catch any grief from the security guard as we rushed by with tripods in hand. I guess we looked innocent enough and our saying, “We’ll only be a couple minutes,” (when we really meant a good hour or so…) was all the cushion we needed to wait for the good light.
This is the owner of Really Right Stuff, LLC, Joe Johnson, shooting brackets on his custom, wood finished TVC-33 Tripod. reallyrightstuff.com/ProductDesc.aspx?code=TVC-33&typ... ---- CLICK HERE for tripod details (wood finish not available)

For not knowing I was doing a bracket series of him he sure stayed pretty still composing his shot.
For the best shot of the night check out Joe Johnson, Jr.’s HDR pano of the skyline: 500px.com/photo/2889424
All and all a great trip, solid learning experience and one of the better nights of shooting I’ve had.
This set of 3 brackets went through Photomatix 4.1, Lightroom 3, Nik Color Efex Pro 3, Viveza and OnOne’s Perfect PhotoSuite6. That sounds like a ton but bringing all the layers into OnOne makes the whole process so fast.
Thanks for looking!
One of numerous stuffed animals we've bought for our dogs over the years, most of which have gone totally ignored.
Taken for the "Smile on Saturday!" theme of 12/2/2023: STUFFED ANIMAL.
