Still in Old Stockholm, a music shop where among 2nd hand instruments some are signed by famous musicians...
Green capsicum stuffed with quinoa mixed in with:
• a good glug of olive oil
• juice of 1/2 lime
• good splash of Maggi
• salt, ground pepperberry
• 1/2 chilli, finely diced (or more, to taste)
• good sized clove of garlic, crushed in a press
• handful of Kalamate olives, each pitted and quartered
• small tomato, finely diced
• dash of curry powder
• the leaves of several sprigs of fresh basil, finely chopped
• more herbs of your choice (I used dried 'GFresh Italian')
Whisk all of the above together in a medium-sized bowl and let blend for at least a few minutes.
(Capers would also be nice...)
Cook 1/2 cup quinoa (which was too much, but leftovers are nice) according to the packet instructions — I used 'Tricolor'.
Cut as many 4-lobed capsicums as you want to cook in 1/2, take out the seeds and white flesh.
Note: use only 4-lobed peppers, so that they'll sit well in your roasting pan. (3-lobed ones will wobble all over the place! :-) )
Sprinkle the shell with a bit of salt, and stuff with the mixture. Place in a roasting dish — I used a 20cm glass dish, but you'd probably need more for two or more peppers.
Sprinkle with grated cheese (I used cheddar, but Parmesan would probably do nicely, too, and smokey paprika.
Cover and cook in a combi microwave for ±25-30 minutes @ micro 1/convection 180°.
Nice nourishing vegetarian meal, which you could turn into Vegan by using Vegan 'cheese' or marinated grated firm tofu...

A juicy Stuffed Pork Tenderloin loaded with mushrooms and bacon. This pork roulade looks fancy but it is an EASY and inexpensive way to feed a crowd.

Dec. 7, 2022: I found stuffed animals in trees this morning while walking in Pepper Tree Playground in Newbury Park, California. An anonymous area resident has left about 30 Christmas-related teddy bears in the Western loop of the park. Joggers and walkers report that the bears started arriving over the weekend. The bears also were present last December.
Boy, I could write an attention-getting headline, "Bears Spotted in Local Park." 333/365
After having lived in the same house for 55 years, we've collected endless quantities of miscellaneous stuff, and since we apparently don't possess the DNA that allows us to throw most of the stuff out, I figured I'd try setting some of the stuff up to see if I could make a pretty picture out of it. This is stuff that I've used in various images throughout the years, so I piled them on a table and tried some still life/tabletop photography.

Two shirts, plenty of badges and lots of sticky adhesive artists trading tokens
I definitely owe him a blow job or something
buy stuff from him and support real artists instead of buying fucking boring clothes from american apparel or hot topic. Spend your money wisely and on people who deserve it.

Actually this is for real. It is a statue at the back of the Woolshed Brewery at Wilkadene in South Australia's Riverland. After a good session in the Brewery this could make you think a bit if you stumbled across it in the dark
I don't know the story behind it.
The original shot is not as scary looking as this . In post I placed a filter over the entire image called midnight blue then just removed the selected part with the minus brush to about 35% opacity just to make it look more ghoulish.
That is part of the River Murray in the background. It's a steep bank down to the river.
It's a great place to have lunch overlooking the river and the cliffs.
