Shot this storm that was so incredibly lightning active for quite a long time...I was hoping for it to move further north and closer to me but it wasn't meant to be...It was actually nice to watch from a distance though as it was pumping out lightning constantly..
Storm Éowyn has been severely battering Ireland, Scotland and the North of England for most of today. Nothing so dramatic down here in the South-east of England, but even so, the wind has been stronger and more gusty than usual.
Despite it all, a small patch of blue sky has occasionally appeared. This was in Bushy Park, Teddington, this afternoon.
Heading out in unpredictable conditions adds that element of excitement and anticipation, I simply never know what's going to happen. As the storm moved in the sun made a very welcomed appearance. This is Sharrow on the south coast of Cornwall, UK.
Beautiful storms rolling over us near the Dallas Divide & Telluride, Colorado. I stood in this hamlet for hours just taking it in.
Five minutes later it started to rain and I made a hasty retreat. After another fifteen minutes it was glorious sunshine.

This is Marcelo H. Fernan Bridge, an extradosed cable-stayed bridge which has a total length of 1237 meters (4058.40 feet) with a center span of 185 meters (606.96 feet) connnecting Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City. This bridge is one of the widest and longest bridge span in the Philippines.
