No idea what kind of flower this is. But it was pretty so I snapped it. I originally waited around a bit for a bee to show up, but no bee ever showed up.

St. Agnes Academy and Strake Jesuit College Preparatory students teach girls about how to discover and get excited about their potential in STEM.

(Houston, Texas) - - Spectrum #3847, St. Agnes Academy and Strake Jesuit College Preparatory students, shows Girl’s Inc-Houston Camp SMART! how to discover and get excited about their potential in science, technology, engineering and math. The girls, ages 12-15, were engaged in building their first VEX IQ robot with the help of their Spectrum #3847 coaches. They learned how to build a robot, operate it and see first hand how much fun STEM can be. Allen Gregory, Spectrum #3847 coach, taught engineering principles and an overview of STEM fields.

Spectrum #3847 is made up of high school students from St. Agnes Academy and Strake Jesuit College Preparatory two Catholic college preparatory schools in southwest Houston, Texas. St. Agnes is all-girls, and Strake Jesuit is all-boys. www.spectrum3847.org
