En el antiguo camping de Bolnuevo, de noche y mucho frio, los pies congelados, pero disfrutando de muy buena compañia.

"The photographer sees the world as a child sees the bits of glass in a kaleidoscope. With a camera they can secure these ever-changing combinations, which then can be looked at again and again. They have the further pleasure of pleasing others with the sight of things which they were able to see, which their friends would otherwise never be able to." ~ Frank Meadow
... Photo Lumina .....
```
Beneath the silent arches of this ruined abbey, time feels suspended. The walls, weathered by centuries, now frame the night sky like a sacred window. Through the broken stones, the Milky Way rises — a reminder that while civilizations fade, the universe continues its eternal journey.
Photographed under a dark sky, the ruins and the stars become one: human history meeting cosmic infinity. A place where silence speaks louder than words.
This image is a composite: the sky and the foreground were photographed separately and blended together, in order to reveal both the texture of the ruins and the depth of the Milky Way.
... But whatever path we choose it is full of light, and there it is, the choice to use our free will... to hide from it, or to let it fill us...
My first ever real attempt at any kind of astrophotography. A starlight selfie, if you will. But this was also a shot I envisioned for a long time using tools such as the phone app Stellarium to plan when the core of the Milky Way would be visible in the middle of North Window Arch at Arches National Park, Utah.
The light painting was a fortunate result of a passing car whose bright beams passed upon the arch in just the perfect angle to provide some relief to the rocks. I had set up my own lightning, but it was nowhere near as effective as that car was!
Overall I thought my cropped sensor Nikon D7100 did a really good job in terms of noise with this shot.
