This stand was created to be used in my van to hold my bicycle upright. Attached to a 20"x36" x1" flat board are a plastic bike stand and 18" pipe & flange. After the front wheel is placed in the rack, the crank arm is rotated until it locks on to the pipe. When used in the van, rope ratchets connect the bike to hard points in the van to stablized the whole unit.. Flat boards with "L' braces could be used instead of the plastic bike stand to hold the front wheel.

I plant various papyrus plants every year in my container garden & they never let me down on the drama factor. I found the fronds against the sky to be very simply but yet inspiring.
I created this image at the Stand for Change Rally with Barack Obama in Virginia Beach, Virginia. According to the Virginian-Pilot newspaper, over 18,000 people were in attendance. As Rep. Bobby Scott said, this had to have been "the biggest political rally in Virginia Beach history."

Laredo, TX; I've seen quite a lot of those Watermill Express windmill-shaped water stands -- but this is the first lighthouse variation that I've seen.
