This is a shot inspired by Joe Cornish of a lone wind swept hawthorn tree on the limestone pavement on Southerscales

My second day on Great Ocean Road. This is a classic position where most people would shot. Difference are the weather, cloud and light. I used 70mm with this shot at dusk where it turned to be some interesting pinky color.

Our local camera club theme this month was Lone Tree. This tree, in my sister's backyard, is set against the backdrop of a very windy and bitter day on Lake Huron. I felt like I was going to be blown off the cliff as I shot this image.
