I love the background lighting in this shot. It really brings the photo alive. I have been getting into using my 50mm lens a lot lately and have been getting some amazing shots with it.
Next lens on my wish list is the Carl Zeiss 24-70mm f2.8 followed by a new camera body... the Sony a900. Cant wait :D I think I will have to check with the wife first

I love fresh spring rolls, and the first day of spring seemed like an appropriate day to make these. The rolls are made with spring roll wrappers, fried tofu, basil, cilantro, lettuce, carrots, and noodles. The chili-garlic dipping sauce is made with vinegar, sugar, water, salt, garlic, chili paste, and chopped nuts.

Bring with you
My little friend
Rays of sunshine
And the hope that
Spring will never end
Come with me
My dotted friend
We'll jump in puddles
And begin our garden tend
Go for all
My ladybug
The Fae are waiting
For your good luck and hugs
Ditty by me :)
March 8, 2011 - Spring begins to bloom in winters’ corners at Medical Center North's courtyard

This photo is part of our 365@VU photo project:
Johnson Spring is one of four different springs at Blue Springs Campground in High Springs. It is set apart from the other three and has its own meandering spring run to the Santa Fe River, and this allows it to maintain a wild character different from the other springs at one of Florida's premier springing locations. It is also the location of a favorite campsite in the park for those in the know, though regular park-goers remain largely oblivious to the relatively secluded site. The spring can be accessed on the park's nature trail.
After a stint of summertime in normally winter-laden months, it's really nice to finally have a proper Spring here in Colorado. The fog hangs in the trees with the cooler valley temperatures, and a little extra moisture is welcome.
