I'm proud to have finally posted this picture. It's pretty cool to add this one to the Spider-Verse collection and also I'm fairly sure that this design hasn't been posted yet, probably because no one really cares about the Spider-Man musical.
I got slowly attracted to the musical and eventually got really into all of the songs. The production looked really passionate and actually pretty cool looking, but was overall plagued with injuries and set accidents. Regardless, I thought this would be a unique figure in the collection.
I've got a few more purist designs, some based off pre-existing designs and others I thought would work. Anyway, I'll post once I actually sit down and take some more pictures.

Watched Spiderverse last night... pretty forgettable overall in my opinion, with little to grab the attention of a non-SH fan such as myself.

aunt may is, of course, a mcgonnagal head, hair replaced with grey fake fur. she's on the Billie Eilish body because i liked the size and articulation.
liv is on an unbranded action figure body that i got some of on ebay (i'm happy about these because they fit some barbie stuff and are all hard plastic, no squidgy torsos), but she is a ringtoy jack the ripper "realistic" head, which i chose to mod for olivia octavius because her animated design is very pointy and this head was already kind of pointy.
i still need to paint her lips, eyebrows, and maybe some shading on the face, but wanted to show the progress so far.

weird thing about WFH, i'm working harder at teaching than i ever have, but it's also been great for getting to some of my hobby goals (like organizing and using the spare bodies, for ex), because i'm home all the time.
here are some of the hybrids and otherwise modded dolls i got up to this year.
While I was off of Flickr, Marvel announced their movies and TV shows for Phase 4, and it looks like it's going to be great! I decided to make a lot of figs for the movies/shows, accompanied by a brief description of my thoughts on the movie/show.
Black Widow: (Black Widow, Taskmaster, Red Guardian) To start Phase 4, we have Black Widow! Based on the descriptions of the revealed footage, the fight scenes sound like they will be amazing. Taskmaster's concept art also got revealed, and while it's not as good as Spider-Man PS4's, I really like how it looks. However, since the movie is set between Civil War and Infinity War, I wonder how they're going to tie Taskmaster into the universe. And we finally get to see Budapest! The figures I designed were my pre-existing Black Widow and Taskmaster, alongside an idea as to what David Harbour's Red Guardian could look like.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (Falcon, Winter Soldier, Zemo): The first of the Disney+ shows, and it looks great! So glad to see Zemo finally don the iconic mask. Hopefully, Falcon gets a cool new outfit for his Captain America attire. Agent 13 returning is a cool inclusion as well. The figures I designed were my pre-existing White Wolf, a custom Falcon Cap, and Zemo.
The Eternals (Thena, Ikaris): I have no idea who these guys are. Hopefully, this ends up being a GotG-esque situation where a relatively-unknown team becomes super popular. The leaked concept art looks great though! The figures I designed are Thena and Ikaris.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (Shang-Chi, Mandarin): Finally, the real Mandarin! Really wish we could have seen him in Iron Man 3, but better late than never. Another character that I don't know much about, but more MCU diversity is always a win! The figures are a semi-accurate/inspired by Shang-Chi and the Mandarin.
WandaVision (Scarlet Witch, Vision): God I hate this title so much. It sounds like a middle schooler's fan fiction title. Also, Vision is back which kinda renders the powerful Infinity War scene pointless? Should be a fun show nonetheless. The figs are the standard Age of Ultron Scarlet Witch and Vision.
Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness (Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Nightmare): Apparently this is the MCU's first horror film? It's still PG-13 but is a "suspense thriller". And with Nightmare as the villain, the VFX should be incredible yet again. Also, Wanda is teaming up with Doctor Strange! I really hope it's about Doctor Strange teaching Wanda to really control her chaos magic into more than energy bolts. The figures are the normal Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, and a custom Nightmare.
Loki (Loki): I hate the logo. It's objectively terrible. But alternate 2012 Loki hopping around time to turn himself into humanity's god/ruler? Sounds incredibly fun to watch. The figure is an upgraded 2012 Loki.
What If...? (Captain America [Peggy Carter]): Definitely the show I'm looking forward to the most. The MCU's first animated media and I'm (probably foolishly) hoping it either follows Spiderverse's aesthetic or each episode has a unique style of animation (2D, 3D, classic comic, etc). The figure is a pretty simple Peggy Carter (Captain America), which is the plot behind the first episode.
Hawkeye (Hawkeye, Kate Bishop): I thought Jeremy Renner was done after Endgame, but apparently not! It's rumored that we're seeing more of Ronin which is going to be awesome to watch, and I can't wait to see Kate Bishop on the big screen. Hopefully, we can see Young Avengers in Phase 5! The figures are Civil War Hawkeye and an easy Kate Bishop.
Thor: Love and Thunder (Thor, Valkyrie, Thor (Jane Foster): Rounding out Phase 4 we have Thor: Love and Thunder! So glad to see Taika Waititi back directing! Hopefully, that means we get more Korg. Super surprised Natalie Portman is back as with Marvel as Mighty Thor, and I'm confused how they're going to explain her absence in Ragnarok. Other than that, there's not much we know about the movie at this time. Figures are IW Thor, Valkyrie, and a quick Jane Fos-Thor.

I recently got an order of 5 hoods from Amazon, black, orange, dark green, dark blue, & dark red. I also just ordered 5 minifigs from Minifigures Plus (a great place to buy figs), just have to wait for them to get here. Iron Man (Quantum Realm Suit - Avengers: Endgame): Pretty simple design, just decided to change up the arms with the Monster Scientist from the series 14 CMF & the 2020 Iron Man helmet.
The Human Torch (Jim Hammond): I think I did pretty good with the way that I designed him, I think the new Spider-Man head works really well.
Songbird: I like the way I designed her overall, the hip & legs work so well. I like the use of her cape for her wings from the Pink Power Batgirl in the Batman Series 1 CMF.
Hawkeye (Clinton "Clint" Barton: Marvel's Avengers): At first I was gonna just have this be a solo fig but I had it in the works for so long so I just decided that I'd post it in a group shot.
Arizona Annie: I believe I'm the first person on Flickr to make her, I got my inspiration from Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2. I think I did pretty well, I'm thinking about making Kid Colt as well.
The Presence: I believe I am the first person on here to make this guy. Again I got my inspiration from Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2. I thought his design was pretty cool, so I thought I'd make him.
Mr. Knight (Earth-TRN664): Same as Hawkeye, I was gonna just have this be a solo fig but I had this one in the works for a very long time but I just decided that I'd post it in a group shot.
Spider-Man Noir (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse): I finally have the Fedora hat
Captain America (John Walker: The Falcon and the Winter Soldier): I can't wait until tomorrow to watch The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, it looks like it'll be a great show so I decided I'd make the new Captain America.
Iron Monger (Updated: Iron Man): Way better than my first design, I love the Prototype Iron Man Suit Helmet way better than the MK 1 Suit.
Obadiah Stane (Iron Man): I love this head from my new B&P order, it works so well & so does the Torso. I also decided to add the Arc Reactor display case from Iron Man 1.
