The fourth generation of the Chevrolet Spark is on the market since 2015. It's built in the former Daewoo works in South Korea, like the closely related Opel Karl. After Opel was sold by GM production of the Karl stopped in 2019.
The Studio - Find your spark
Friday Finds ... at kimklassen.com
In Be Still 52 Kim gave us a lovely layout
from Anthropologie as inspiration.
On the Anthropologie blog I found a tutorial
of cute origami lovebirds,
the love note is written on a heart shape paper
and tucked into the folds of the bird to make wings ...
I had great fun crafting ... :-)
It doesn't have to be Valentine's Day
to write a lovely note ... right ?
Here's one for you all ... you're the best !

The Interstellar Spark is one piece of Blacktron II technology that is an example of the expression: “If its not broken… don’t fix it!”. With a heavy bulky structure, this ship won’t break a lot of record speeds like its successors, but it is one of the most reliable Vic Vipers in use by the Blacktron II air force.

This small Vic Viper was part of my participation on the New Elementary - 2019 Parts Fest #2.
You can see some of the other builds I made here:

And here is a small description of the process:
"When I saw the Roof Tile 1x8x3 Deg 25 No 1 in White (6262530|49618) I thought that they would be great to make spaceship wings because of their larger surface areas with fewer lines/unions. Since we are in “Novvember" I decided to make this year’s Vic Viper. Although I wanted to make a cleaner ship, I was able to incorporate some greebling on the wings using the “circular saw” part from the Mini Accessory, No. 11."
had a play with a new technique tonight, planning to use this with some light painting sometime this week...
Had to test video and photo on DJI Spark in case there were some more trouble with corrupt file that I had a few days ago. All looked good. Cropped this photo a bit. Really can't crop as if I'm working on my regular camera :)
This is a new racer with his speeder: The Green Spark. Two powerful engines combined with 4 weapons in X shape to make you blow and you will not see it!
I wanted use both limes, normal and medium so I imagined sth like that with the finges. I also wanted try sth with the 4x4 round brick and its wholes. It was all perfect for an X shape.
The small cockpit can be unlinked from the rest in case of need.
As usual, (=D) hope you enjoy it!!

Over the next two days, I'll be sharing images from our visit to The Hohenschönhausen Memorial in eastern Berlin. This lesser-known spot doesn't attract many tourists due to its distance from the city's main attractions. Typically, visitors here are school groups, possibly as part of the high school German curriculum, or individuals with a keen interest in recent German history. Our interest in this place was sparked by "Grand Tour Europe," a book we read by the French writer Olivier Guez, who collected stories about Europe written by different authors with the aim of educating Europeans about their continent. Among these tales is one by Daniel Kehlmann, discussing The Hohenschönhausen Memorial, the former Stasi prison of the German Democratic Republic (GDR). Serving as a detention center for political prisoners, it was a site of psychological and physical torture. Our guided tour left us deeply shocked by the atrocities that occurred here, the sinister interrogation techniques employed, and the pervasive surveillance culture of the DDR. It felt like something out of George Orwell's 1984, but far more chilling – Berlin, Germany.
Tihar is a festival of light. In darkness, spark of sparkler create great joy for all. Happy Tihar.

A friend of my son has this car. One like this could suit me, with a different color...:)
Zaria was a Fe-Matoran, who eventually transformed into a Toa of Iron. He was a member of a Toa team at one point, though he did not know any Toa of Iron through this team.
After the Brotherhood of Makuta rebelled against the Great Spirit, most of Zaria's fellow Toa of Iron were hunted and killed by the Brotherhood, leaving Zaria one of few to survive the genocide. Zaria was later forced to kill a Makuta during necessary circumstances, violating the Toa Code. The experience haunted him, and also sparked a rumor that he began murdering all of his enemies.
The life spark in my eyes is in no way different than the life spark in the eyes of any other sentient being. ~Michael Stepaniak,
Two Souls
Two souls drawn close, yet shyly still,
A spark unspoken, soft but real.
Their gazes brush like autumn air,
A fleeting touch, a love laid bare.
She leans in quiet, heart unsure,
Yet in his eyes, a warmth, secure.
He lingers, lost in something bright,
A dawn of love, a golden light.
New lovers dance on fate’s soft thread,
With whispered hopes and words unsaid.
A story starts, a page now turned,
Two hearts awake, two fires burned.
Sinphony with Minotaur
Another peculiar depiction of classical music loved by Jaisini passionately.
The legend of Minotaur says that the first King of Crete was son of Zeus called Minos, became so powerful that his sway extended too far-off Athens: each year the city had to send seven youth and seven maids to his court at Knosses, where they were thrust into the Labyrinth as food for the Minotaur “Minos’ bull”, a creature with human body but the head of a bull.
What had made a Minotaur a musician in Jaisini’s take on a subject reasons guessing. Meanwhile trying to verbalize the visual appeal of Sinphony with Minotaur is like trying to describe the unique flavor of peach.
Presence of people and creatures in the paintings fills the picture space with heartbeat as if there was a live acting and story unfolded in real time.
In Sinphony with Minotaur tranquility is sustained by nature-like colors of pastel greens, emerald greens washed by rain…
A creature like satyr is part man and part beast. “An erect phallus and the most blatantly sexual act, heterosexual and homosexual”, always characterize the image of satyr. The straightforward representation of such an image would be just as a plain female nude.
But in the transitional interactive composition the Minotaur of “Sinphony” shows how the intent is different from the original source and tradition.
The Minotaur of Jaisini is part of symphonic band where all participants find the role of dominance and submission. In the course of such composition the nudity of females and even the purported kinky intercourse of the Minotaur with a younger female looses its physicality and body transferring into sphere of musical ecstasy and asexual art making.
The brilliant composition of triangle is the victory of flowing line that is not even for a moment seems heavy or restricted.
Jaisini paints the body of the “older” nude female musician in pure flesh tone of pink. The submissive-looking flute player in the lower center part is almost ghostly white with cold purple tint.
The emerald plane of the painting penetrates through the body parts with more feeling of freshness and air. In the circular process of contemplation the work can induce the most refinated stimulation of senses.
Just as a female nude in the art of Jaisini changes the inherited meaning so the image of male is not meant to portray an idea of “the hero” which the Concise Oxford Dictionary defines as ‘a man of superhuman qualities, favored by the gods, a demigod.’
To reduce the arrogance of male hero Jaisini sometimes reproves the male image with the reference to the transformation and with application of femininity to male image. The legacy of male image in art is of intemperate pride. New times interpretation requires different ways to portray male hero.
