Not every Vic Viper was a sleek starfighter. The design proved to be highly adaptable and was used for a wide variety of spacecraft. One of the more unusual examples is shown in this archive photo, working at Blwch Mawr Container Port.
These little VVs buzzed around the port like busy bees. They were mainly used for lifting containers off the storage racks and onto lorries. The lorries were highly manoeuvrable, having spheres instead of discs for wheels. This allowed them to roll sideways as well as forwards and backwards and turning.
This is one of those shots that I must get every time I am at Walt Disney World. This massive structure is so amazing up close and in person. Although I have many versions of this shot, I feel like every time I shoot it, there's a different outcome. I was lucky enough to be one of the last ones out of the park this evening, I got to take my time in this area to shoot, but I didn't want to stay past my welcome. i hope everyone has a great weekend and thanks for looking.

Daily Disney Snapshots on Facebook by Cliff Wang Photography
Finally I was able to get out and shoot again after a very long time. Been very busy at work shit full.
So I was at the 155th graduation ceremony of our school this morning (not my graduation though), got a couple of decent shots to work with. Special thanks to my friend Josh for letting me use his tripod and 50D.
Wishing everyone a happy weekend!
Benny has been very excited ever since he heard his Spaceship will be released soon. He's been running around the house saying "Spaceship, Spaceship, Spaceship!" for weeks.
When I took this photo (May 14th) Benny was running around in anticipation but it turns out that our local Lego Store received the set today! We just stopped by and got one so now Benny is even more excited :-)
In the first scene of Star Wars, we see a small spaceship pursued by a much larger monolithic star cruiser which keeps coming and coming and coming. When I look up at the enormous buildings in London today and flip the image upside down, they remind me of these star cruisers...
MART - Museo d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto
Spaceship Earth at EPCOT

Spaceship Earth is the iconic and symbolic structure of Epcot, the second of four theme parks built at the Walt Disney World Resort. One of the most recognizable structures of any theme park, it is also the name of the attraction that is housed within the 18-story geodesic sphere that takes guests on a time machine-themed experience using the Omnimover system.
The X1 was my first Space set when I was a kid so naturally it would be the first build I would down size for Baby Space. 😁
Funky future-y plane thing based on concept art I saw. Green's such a fun colour, wish I had more of it. Dark green's awesome
too.
Pleased with the general shaping on this, the wings are at a subtle angle and then the engines are angled opposite that to make them straight.
Random, but I used exactly the same cockpit setup that I did with a green and white spaceship about 3-4 years ago. Weird.
I followed this spaceship storm through north-central Kansas for several hours.

Elliot-Wing Starfighters

Here is the final line up of wave 1 on display in Elliot's room. Wave 2 is underway! Star Wars paintings curiosity of @dwilkop

One weekend afternoon, I was looking for something to do with our three year old in the house. We went to the Lego room, "What do you want to build?", "A spaceship!" Elliot answered, "An E-Wing!" We were a couple of years too late for the great FBTB starfighter letter contest, but we got right to work anyway.
.
.
During the build I developed our own set of self imposed RULES:
1. Obviously, the ship has to be in the shape of the letter
2. It must be strong enough for a three year old to play with it without breaking (this includes a cockpit that can open)
3. The primary color and cockpit location are chosen by Elliot
4. Any piece Elliot finds (that matches the color scheme) MUST be incorporated into the build
5. What Elliot says, goes. So if he wants a play feature or design element, I HAVE TO find a way to make it happen

Spaceship made for the display "Space Panic" at the french convention Brick à Dole 2017.
You recognized him ? I wanted to make this ship a wink to SpongeBob.
The small challenge was to divert a piece to build the ship : 64776 - Black Die 6 Sided
To complicate my life, I built the majority of my gear in "Tripod" version... This one has 3 "legs".
To infinity, and beyond ! Oops! I think I was wrong cartoon ^_^
I realized recently that it had been a couple of years since I built a space ship. My skills seem to be even rustier than I thought. I think the issue here is the front cockpit section, so I may try tearing it off and trying something shorter, wider, and with more glass.
Used by peeps in space. From private enforcement groups to rich individuals seeking thrills. The Saga chain-of-planets/state has a mix ancestry of Eurasian cultures that somehow reflects in the Hokkien's design. Some well known factories specialize in sleek pods, frames and comfort, others in practicality and strength. Kavalerovo and Kusong managed to mix both with little gradient inbetween. .. whatever sells I guess.
