Rethinking all the modeling for construction has been a superb challenge for me
With five days of service and upgrade work on the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) behind them, the STS-109 crew members aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia took a photograph of the entire telescope in the shuttle's cargo bay. The seven-member crew completed the last of its five ambitious spacewalks on March 8, 2002, with the successful installation of an experimental cooling system for Hubble’s Near-Infrared Camera and Multi-Object Spectrometer (NICMOS). The NICMOS had been dormant since January 1999 when its original coolant ran out.

The readings taken a week ago have proven useless. I was told to find the ocean here on Zimunsk and explore its' shores for biomass that may be worthy of experimentation. Unfortunately when I arrived at the coordinates of that shoreline, all I found was a desolate desert.
It seems as if the ocean was here at one time, but it is gone now, and anything that lived by its shores is dead and decayed into odd looking black skeletons. I have taken some samples and will return to the Axle with my findings

Unfortunately the Corporation discovered that Jacques has not been as diligent on his missions as he has been reporting, and a disciplinary hearing has been called for next week.

Next to the Kitchen Garden is the sculpture Woven Space, made by Lauren Ellen Bacon. It certainly is a striking view as you walk through!
The Seattle Space Needle - Symbol of the 1962 World's Fair.
The photo was taken in the late afternoon with a low Sun. I thought it gave the structure a nice light.

An unexpected sight at Severn Tunnel Junction on 3 October 2017 was one of the new IEPs, numbered 800004 working a test train as the 12.00 Bristol Parkway to Swansea.
This is the first GWR-liveried member of this class that I have been able to photograph, this shot is my favourite of those taken on the day as it shows off the modern design of the 800s. I must admit that I am quite taken with the modern image GWR are trying to portray, whether I will be as impressed when the chance to sample them as a passenger arises, but I will try to concentrate on the positive for the time being.
Criticism and praise? Praise firstly, running as a diesel the unit was distinctly more quiet than the wonderful, but ageing HSTs that they will ultimately replace; and criticism - a train initially designed to run using electricity, but witnessed using its diesel engine. To my mind this situation shows how badly Network Rail have planned the electrification of the GWML, far too piecemeal and worse is the DfT for allowing NR to spend so much money so badly.

The Space Needle is a towering landmark in Seattle, Washington, and a popular tourist attraction. The tower was built for the 1962 World's Fair, also known as the Century 21 Exposition, which was held in Seattle. The Space Needle was designed by architects John Graham Jr., Victor Steinbrueck, and John Ridley, who drew inspiration from the Stuttgart Tower in Germany.

Over the years, the Space Needle has undergone several renovations and upgrades, including the addition of a glass floor on the observation deck in 2018. It has also been featured in numerous movies and television shows, including Sleepless in Seattle and Frasier.
The Space Needle is a symbol of Seattle's innovative and forward-thinking spirit, and it continues to be a source of pride for the city and its residents.
On Sunday morning (2nd Aug, 2009) Bangalore Weekend Shoots (BWS) organized its first competition where participates have to capture pics based on Four themes.... All were given Four hours to shoot and a day to submit their eight best snaps, two on each theme...

This was supposed to be my entry for "Space" theme.... when you work on some theme based photography... you shud try to click the pic which speaks itself for the theme.. where your main subject is that theme only.. it shouldn't be like your theme is a part of your pics and you have to mention it specifically in your subject that look for this thing in the pic..
I don't know whether this pic depicts the theme for not.... even I am not satisfied with this.. :(
I didn't submit any of my pic for this event.. cuz I was not at all satisfied with any of my clicks.. I enjoyed a lot working on theme based photography... two more theme pics to go in coming days.. :)

All around the Atlantis Shuttle, there are interactive displays on several floors to learn more about the history and technologies of NASA's Space Shuttle Program. As we move forward, the corridor becomes orange and red, as if we felt the sudden return of the shuttle into the Earth's atmosphere …

Built for BrickCon 2014's Star Vikings. Had to miss the Con due to unforeseen circumstances, so this never got shown off.
Originally, it had a massively blast cannon mounted in the prow, but that got scrapped because i needed parts for something, I forget what. The ship was crewed entirely by Viking Mummies, because reasons.
Space Shuttle Columbia being ferried back to Kennedy Space Center on 2001-Mar-5. This was as it passed over Tallahasee FL after Columbia was refurbished in California. Unfortunately, Columbia disintegrated during re-entry less than 2 years later. These photos were shot with hand held 500mm lens, hence the motion blur.
